Cobus Loots, CEO of Pan African Resources, on delivering sector-leading returns for shareholders. Watch the video here.
Top management salaries are far higher than the entire market value of the company (considering latest 2.2 million). Its like managing 2K assets at the cost of 5K salary. It doesn't sound good at all. 2.2 million?
Ms Ourmieres-Widener joins Flybe on a £400,000 annual salary, with an annual bonus worth up to £400,000, as well as potential long-term incentive scheme shares. Flybe is also paying £120,000 for Ms Ourmieres-Widener and her family to relocate from New York.
Instead of paying 1P cash, why can't they just port this 2.2 million worth of shares to the new company? When they are ready to spendd 20+80 million, another 2.2 millions is very insignficant unless they feel that there is more worth to the company which they wanted to keep it for themselves. Paying 1P and pushing the existing share holders is nothing more than stealing the valuable assets legally. Vote NO to this deal. We have already lost 90%. And some of the LT investors lost more than this. Its worth fighing for the deal change.
illbetabuck, how is that unprofessional? In what context? Deal seems to save the jobs and pension at cost of onvestors money. If we vote down, there might be chance of getting more than 1P after the creditors. Training academy itself was 12 million. And Monarc slots were sold after the adminstration.
After sale announcement, on CNN she talked about profit and return to the share holder. What load of BS. Looking at her confidence, I bought more.
It could be intentional. They may have not seen the chances of saving their jobs, penstions and etc when Stobart approched them in the past. As per the today's RNS - After initial discussions with the interested parties, Flybe shortlisted a smaller number of potential offerors to conduct initial due diligence based on a range of criteria, including deliverability, financial capability and strategic fit. So it lloks like their range of criteria didn't include the share holder's money. They selected smaller number of offerors? It doesn't sound very transparent with the share holders.
Starting a petition on change.org a good idea?
Training academy itself was £12m back in 2013.
After Jan 17th, the company will be standard listing. Can the company accept the offer (another 4 working days) without share holder's approval? Though during the earlier meeting, they mentioned that they will follow the same premium listing standards, I doubt that after today's BOD reccomdation to the share holders for 1P.
Flybe, which was advised by Evercore, recommend that its shareholders vote in favour of the deal as the terms were fair reasonable, Stobart said.
I am trying set the gauranteed stop loss. When I enter any stop level, its complaning about - The stop level you have requested is too far to the current market price. Or too close the current market price. Any idea? Its accepting only the price they mentioned which is around 8p. I am using IG.
