Wondering why these licence trsnsfers have not to my knowledge been completed yet?

Are they a back up plan if the JV fails?

Would imagine Demir/JV would be keen to explore but reluctant while still belonging solely to CGNR + the other 5 applied for.

Now that i understand channel sampling a little better, i have to reinterpret the 15th may rns with the 64g/t channel sample and the 17.5g/t grab sample to the south.

Looking forward to the results of the ongoing drill programme on this target.

I think we investors know very little about these two gold trends.

Whether thats intentional from Conroy or he attributes a higher degree of intelligence to their average investor i dont know.

Remember his remark about the Canadians...."they understood what the results meant"

But im sure Demir understand...and that will have to reassure me until i do understand.

So how do you interpret the above description?

Certainly no interest, if they suspended the share it would probably be a couple of days before we realised!

The 1m is only an extract from the potential width of the discovery.

A 2m mining width with gold in ONLY 1m would give 3.25g/t...

BUT a 2m mining width could and probably has gold also...

So no dilution.

Its like having a roll of wallpaper of unknown width...a sample cut out is just a small piece....

The 1m sample is not the entire roll.

A 2m mining width would give 2m mining width assay results...

Not 1m results halved...but of course you know that.

My point was with reference to the 1m width...thats not the total width of discovery....it could be 5, 10 or 100 times that.

I can only compare these results and others with "other reported finds" .... in comparison they look favourable.

These are surface discoveries, NW from previous results.

The Prof stated further trenching results due soon....im presuming SW to the 123g results.

The prof states the new discovery has implications for the whole project...now we know the geology containing the high grades.

Could it be a revised drilling programme at Clay Lake to target the quartz breccia?

I know a mortgage company still legally owns the property...but has been mentioned it also has a legal obligation to achieve the best price on selling...

The discussion is about higher interest rates and the effects on lloyds.

Repossession, default payments, negative equity a person's desire to pay, how and who benefits on Repossessions....

I think they all meet the criteria.

Repossed houses go on open market for a couple of weeks, if not sold into auction.

Decent housing market they could achieve fair market value...

But housing crash...unlikely.

Yes thats an option...but can see legal issues there.

What i mean about a person's desire to pay. If someone is struggling to find the mortgage payments...the fact that the property is worth less than they paid could influence their decision to persevere or call it a day and hand the keys back.

A bank is not going to sit on a property for 6 months waiting for a buyer...stick it in auction.

Negative equity does not effect the persons ability to pay the mortgage...correct.

But we are discussing repossions...

AND negative equity might influence a person's desire to pay the mortgage.
