Is anyone else confused about whats happening and the terms of the JV?

Presumably we are on phase 1 of the agreement, €1M to be paid to Conroy (paid) and a minimum spend of €4.5m + whatever

work commitments required on the other licences.

(Total circa €5m total).

This will earn Demir 25% in one project...one project, not the licence area.

So at present there appears to be an overall assessment of the total licence area, with a major drill programme at Clay Lake.

Why?

So when this assessment is completed they select one project...either Clontibret or Clay Lake.

Is that when phase 2 starts and Demir have to spend another €4.5m to earn their 40%....

Will this be spent developing the selected project or has on phase 1 cover the licence area?

Must admit not really what I envisaged how this was to be rolled out,

Is it going to be a case of you're waiting ages for a bus and then 3 come all together!

What constitutes one project?

One area...maybe with 2 mines, or a single mine?

A truly bonanza grade?
The samples taken from the new gold trend?
There appears to be two different types, the one being shown around that was a large flat piece broken up into 4 sample pieces.
And then the one in the picture on the " a new era " presentation...this looks very similar to the quartz in the Clay Lake nugget.
Now that nugget has broken off from somewhere. surely not an isolated sample.
You never know, they may have found that "somewhere".

Yes it was formally completed March 22 but the Prof has openly stated they had been working together at least 6 months previous to the completion.
Okay maybe a little exaggeration on the timescale but the point remains...there appears to be very little progress over a significant time period.
And I say "appears"...that's the annoying part because we do not know what they have actually achieved.

And of course the 14.29% advertised spread and payable stamp duty doesn't help matters.

And of course the timing of AK jumping ship.

MInes& money.London, educating investors about Conroy Gold and its 2 gold trends with jaw dropping grades.
The results so far...zilch.
Almost like nobody believes the Prof.
Are we " the holders here" gullible?

Its the timing of the placing that concerns me...
Is summary judgement going to be granted and Cap-xx are aware of this?

I suppose with the JV being with a private company and Conroy in no urgency to raise funds a lack of communication was to be expected.
Drilling at Slive Glah, Clontibret, Glenish , Clay Lake and hopefully some in the new gold trend should have taken place this year...all part of the 5000m drill programme stated in the 2023 company presentation.

Very very slow going it appears...given the Profs age you have to wonder why.....
I'm still of the opinion this is a valuation taking place rather than a full appraisal of the licence area...
If that was the case, how would they deal with the 5 new PLs just applied for?
Its been nearly 2 years since the JV kicked off...and they don't even know where to start!!!
Certainly seem to be purposely delaying progress for some reason.
