You are claiming that AAZ agreed to delay their announcement of withdrawal so Conroy had time to find and agree with someother party because they didn't want Conroy to look bad.
Meanwhile Demir knowing that Conroy were supposedly over a barrel decided to offer superior terms?

So Conroy were rejected by Anglo...but had a plan B, just in case!
Reading the AAZ rns...short and abrupt, no reasons.

The Board decided, therefore, to sign an LOI with Demir Export and end discussions with Anglo Asian Mining plc."

The point in going for judgement summary is to get a decision to avoid trial.
Maxwell get the summary in their favour case over...if denied they will come to out of court agreement.
Why have this summary so late...its an attempt to avoid costs...either way.

So Cathal Jones has been engaged a year now, the same time Maureen Jones resigns.
Interesting then that the Prof makes a point of naming him in the mines and money interview now, saying recently joined. Maybe an important role to be played by him.

It is the intention of Conroy to keep their 42.5% of mine 1 and the same with mine 2......wheres these funds coming from?

Why have Conroy engaged the 2 consultants.
Surely this is the action of a SUCCESSFUL company?

PL3066 is Glenish.
Glenish is the last of the 8.8m oz targeted area to be explored by the JV.
It was obvious that at some.point this would happen, I thought to myself, why not do ClayLake and Glenish at the same time....seemed sensible to me!
However I then note the targeted drill area at Glenish (1.1 sq km)is half of that just done at Clay Lake. Seems they now have a better idea where to look.
I am getting positive vibes returning, something feels different.
Maybe I'm just realising they actually know what they are doing.
Is Glenish going to be mine number 3!
