Presumable the 1 drill in operation?

The Prof stated 3 rigs operational in the mines and money live interview....so if one rig where are the other 2 focused, and why no info concerning these?

So could be a while if waiting for completion.

The suggestion on this board is that Cap-x tech has somehow been used via Maxwell in Teslas new dry cell battery...

These dry cell patents were acquired through the purchase of Maxwell.

You are suggesting that these Maxwell patents are infact invalid ?

Otherwise its just a case of Maxwell infringement with the addition that they sold such items manufactured and sold while owned by Tesla.

They even state the offending items that infringe the patent...how many of them did Tesla manufacture?

The court case is against Maxwell for infringement of Cap-x patents.

I think you lot are just making things up.

Of course if someone would like to explain Teslas involvement....without mentioning Maxwells patents im all ears.

Maxwells patents are Maxwells.

Cap-x patents are Cap-x.

If Maxwell have added more attorneys does that not suggest they are preparing to go to trial...

Or will specialised attorneys be required to negotiate settlement?

Im here now because if all that is proclaimed is true,

Conroy will be happy to sell...and Demir i would think should be happy to buy.

Why should he care if we understand or not, he understands, his main investors im sure understand.

Just relistened to the Profs last 2 interviews.

He states good results, things accelerating and speeding up.

If this is the case then WHY do investors not know...

As i said volume picking up...high volume today for Conroy...recently weve done just the 1 trade on a RNS day.

I hope the Prof isnt holding the results back to get a placing away!

Lets just hope it is boredom, which is understandable...and of course when something dosent seem right people worry and sell.

And things just dont seem right at the moment...can all change sharpish.

But since the announcement on 3rd March regarding one of those 3 licences, no news since....and yet plenty at the other JV owned end of the trend.

I just feel Demir will not spend money exploring a licence area not yet in the JV....

I would.have.thought it would be a priority..imo.

Hi, yes you are referring to the new 5 PLs that were applied for.immediatly after the 2nd trend discovery.

The 3 PLs.im referring to have passed this criria and were ready to be transferred.( nov 30th results ).

Thats 7 months

.i wonder why.

But they are drilling holes, 3 drill rigs ongoing.

They have apparently according the the environmental risk assesment site been drilling in numerous areas.

The Prof himself says they are drilling with good results and yet we know nothing.

And then the 3 PLs not yet transferred...

Something is not as it seems...imo.

Just seems the JV is doing what it can to deter rather than encourage investing in Conroy.

1st drill hole of the 8 drill programme repoted 6th March...3 months ago, nothing from Clay Lake since.

Why?

Are they not worth reporting...the Prof keeps saying ongoing drill results seem good, so why are none being reported.

Thats drilling at Slieve Glah, Clontibret, Clay Lake and Glenish

And its been stated drilling ongoing at the new gold trend find.

Yet nothing forthcoming...does not really make much sense.

Clontibret and Clay Lake are good to go for mine targeting so the prof says...

I think as to making that decision by years end...they are waiting to see what the new trend throws up?

Will drill results change sentiment?...not that sure on that.
