march 2018 interims..
"The Company has also recently acquired, at minimal cost, certain idle manufacturing assets that were located at a former contract manufacturer's site in Malaysia. These assets are being transferred to our current contract manufacturer's site and will be in operation in the second half of the current calendar year. The deployment of these assets and the acquisition of additional capacity will be critical to meet the expected increase in demand in the short to medium term."...NOTE "and the acquisition"
now bearing in mind that Cap-xx revenue has been fairly constant over the last few years just why would they be anticipating a large increase in orders, what was going to be the catalyst for these orders?
Murata, a Cap-xx licensee provides batteries to Samsung and i phone parts to Apple, it appears both these companies are releasing a similar new product at the same time. Events that will put supercapacitors on the map and increase interest and orders for Cap-xx...its almost like AK was aware of this in March.
