Royalty fees and licence fees are different...the RNS states Royalty fees in line with others...ie 5/6%

no mention of licence fees....could be zero or could be $10m ...we do not as yet know.

Normally when a company does a placing its us the investor (buyer) who pays for the share...with options the share is paid for by the company....
you cant just put shares on the market with no financial implication....someone needs to fund them....with options its the company...IF they are vested.

my view is when the Company grant options they need to account for these when vested...even though they may never be.
When an option is vested the money for the Option part comes from the company....
ie if options are granted at 11p, then vested and sold at 15p the 11p part comes from the company funds.

With respect surprised i used the word subdued in relation to the report posted today...not in relation to the Company or its future prospects...
A honest report but imo it seemed subdued....but i had a feeling AK would play things down a little,

Yes agreed. Looking forward to the day that the Rns drops stating one of our licensees are suppling a smartphone maker with one of their licenced products... I know very little about electronics so reluctant to give my opinion that anyone is incorrect..my thoughts are Murata are building the factory to address the shortage that occurred a while back supplying Apple with the basic capacitor (multi layer ceramic capacitor)..
