The Company has also recently acquired, at minimal cost, certain idle manufacturing assets that were located at a former contract manufacturer's site in Malaysia. So even though extra manufacturing was implemented at the end of 2018, Cap-xx still felt it necessary to raise funds to increase production?
One little factor ...i think its been taken for granted that because Cap-xx needed to raise these funds so soon after the TDK licence agreement that TDK did/have not paid a licence fee. But what if they did?
Raising the £1.75m would have to be looked at differently, with different purposes.

I added 21k last Friday....but where once upon a time I did that with enthusiasm...I'm now starting to have niggling doubts. Unfortunately.

Hmm, not in such a great position...do you have any evidence to support that claim? Since the 16p price we have lost AVX licence fees and it appears Muratas royalties? To counter balance that we have AK saying £20m in potential orders....potential....popular word unfortunately.

Looking back over the last couple of years RNS releases its not been a good couple of years really imo.
only real noticeable exception being the Murata thinline launch...this now has been rescinded.
The 3v tech has yet to materialise...yes not due yet but Cap-xx past record of fulfilling promises does not inspire me with confidence....time will tell.
Spire product?...with the Christmas period now over and hopefully plentiful sales the follow on order will arrive, OR has it already been received and we have not been informed?
Has as been pointed out we are in the dark about most things...its becoming a matter of trust and hope....should,nt be like this ...should it?
Anyway heres hoping and trusting theres plenty going on that we are unaware of...
Sometimes its good to go over old information and sometimes it is,nt....i continue to hold, but seriously considering to stop adding.

Well just added another 5k shares to my pot. ...doing my little bit to keep the momentum going.

i stated earlier that Murata seemed to be in supercapacitors half heartedly...with the new 3v tech and the upfront licence fees it would have cost them to acquire the licence maybe they decided the production space was better used elsewhere.
we will just have to wait and see what develops.....
of course communication from the board would be appreciated.

the 3v tech would have made these obsolete...i do not necessarily see this has a bad thing...
i think Cap-xx will take on the production...the 20m increase in orders is about the same sales as Murata is making, along with the fundraise suggests to me this is the case.

i have said that Murata are discontinuing all Cap-xx supercapacitors.
The Email replies from Murata state they are not to be upgraded or replaced.

Nobody has stated that Cap-xx have lost/ended their licence with Murata.
All that has been put to this board is the facts from Muratas website. Up for discussion....seems sometimes thats considered a bad thing on here!!
Ranping,deramping...all bullshit....can we not just discuss a topic without getting castrated for it.

For whats its worth...been here 3 years, large holding, average low 6s after averaging up.
Top up two or three small amounts each month and will continue to do so.
OF course i have concerns...but still see a good future for Cap-xx.
Nothing i have posted is lies....i just feel, news good or bad should be shared.
