just wanted to be clear just what you are suggesting to investors. ARE you suggesting that even though supercaps have been around since the 1950s and commercialised since the 1970s, with patents relating to some of these devices that if Cap-xx wins these court cases then the above Cap-xx patent supersedes all these.
Cap-xx will then be in a position to basically hold all supercapacitor manufacturers to ransom...dictate what terms they licence our ip at or they will have to cease manufacturing.
Maxwell who are now supplying Volvo, seiko who are supplying Samsung will have to pay licence fees and royalties.etc,.it is my impression that this is what you are implying...am i wrong?
