the Gen 2 formula e car being homologated on Oct 1st would we not be due news prior if connected?

heres a badly written article with lots of wrong facts but if you read between the lines it makes some sense.

As we know Murata have been a Cap-xx licencee since 2008...in 2016 they requested to extend this licence to cover lithium ion batteries up to 50mah, this was granted free of licence fees. Murata then went on and manufactured the Umal..a small hybrid lithium ion energy device, RNS stating this was the first of many to be produced for larger devices.
Murata then went on and purchased Sony groups battery business...
it was then announced that Mclaren had won the tender to develop and manufacture the Gen2 formula e car for season 5...with Sony as a partner and using Sony cells.
IF Cap-xx ip is being used in the Gen 2 battery, this is massive news. Formula e is regarded as the pinnacle of battery engineering....a hybrid supercabattery using lithium ion and Cap-xx cells.This is as far as i am aware will be a first.
License agreements with battery makers will come thick and fast.
This is just my take on whats happened and hopefully whats to come...always happy to be corrected.

So will be getting news soon....either one to cross off the list or very happy days.

Yes it would...just thought it was of interest comparing what they forecast to what actually happened. Hybrid batteries....interesting also...and soon to come hopefully.

ok lack of news is a little boring, lack of news equals lower share price which equals more shares for your money. When (and its up to each individual to decide if/when this will happen) the news is released regarding one of the many potential huge deals that are possible, then the present share price will not matter...just the amount you are holding.
Keep it low for me...i have a date in mind and if no news by then, i will start to worry. Just happy to keep adding at these prices...but each to their own.

Am i correct when i say that for every 1000 infringement cases that reach this stage through the Delaware courts 90% settle. Leaving 100 to go to trial and from that we have a 64% chance of winning...so from 1000 cases we would have to be one of the unlucky 360 not to get a positve result? As im sure you are aware Delaware 5hrs behind.

it appears to me its just a different method of manufacture. manufacturing the cells in parallel instead of in series etc.

Welsh i thank you for your research,postings and enthusiasm.
just wanted to be clear just what you are suggesting to investors. ARE you suggesting that even though supercaps have been around since the 1950s and commercialised since the 1970s, with patents relating to some of these devices that if Cap-xx wins these court cases then the above Cap-xx patent supersedes all these.
Cap-xx will then be in a position to basically hold all supercapacitor manufacturers to ransom...dictate what terms they licence our ip at or they will have to cease manufacturing.
Maxwell who are now supplying Volvo, seiko who are supplying Samsung will have to pay licence fees and royalties.etc,.it is my impression that this is what you are implying...am i wrong?
