Have a look at these companies mention that Link are now holding as administrators. Look at their notification RNSs...Link still holding them all, no notifications as yet. We know/presume they are selling...their investors in the suspended fund presume they are selling...
Just wait, it will come, the interesting bit is who has taken them.

The assertions on this board are Links holdings have been transferred elsewhere through an orchestrated deal. Hence the selling and buying within a certain range.
I am expecting 2x RNSs ...1 to say Link OUT and another notifying the new holders.

Have a look at Eve Sleep holdings RNSs 17th Oct.x 2 and 2nd Jan x2.
No notifications given as Woodford sold down and no notification given until transfer to Slife finished.
The RNS will arrive, not if just when.

Most of the holdings RNSs have come after 3pm.
Plenty of time left today...today is the 6th. Link need the amounts available today to work their calculations...
But as we know research and the outcome does not always go as you think it should.

In my opinion catalysts for an uplift in the not too distant future.
A. TR-I notification regarding the disposal of Link Group shares.
B. News on financing, recapitalisation.
C. Update on sales and revenue with the increased production late 2019.
D. New product announcement.
I am thinking we will not get B,C,and D until news on A.

So summary on Woodford /Link Group.

19.98% of Woodfords 22.16% holding transferred to Link group. Leaving Woodford 2.18%. This is under the notifiable 5% so no notification required when disposed of.
Woodford probably now out completely.
Link Group/Link Equity services.
Woodfords transferred portfolio split into two portfolios
Portfolio A..liquid and saleable assets
Portfolio B illiquid and difficult to sell assets.
TRX holding in portfolio A.(presumable)
Portfolio A disposal has taken priority , Blackrock have been appointed to dispose of assets in portfolio A.
PJT partners (parkhill) appointed to dispose of portfolio B.
Last notification i could find 13th Dec stated 79% of portfolio A had been sold.
Calculations for the FIRST payment in a series of payments to fund holders will commence around 20th Jan 2020. These will be based on figures as off 6th Jan 2020.
The final valuation of assets of the Woodford /LINK fund will occur on 17th Jan 2020.

So first payment based on figures 6th Jan?
Are we going to get the TR-1 notification early next week for part or full disposal of TRX shares in the portfolio. (the 1 trade adds a little interest to this...believer or not).
Full valuation of assets does not occur until the 17th...so at the most TEN trading days left for notification.

To say that the postings on here have no effect on the sp and then to say its supply and demand that effects the sp is a contradiction is it not?
When i have some spare funds and looking for a place to put it , my first port of call is the chat forums...something has to get your attention. If the first 10 posts i read are posters bickering then i will instantly pass it by...a potential buyer lost.
Whatever people say posters negative or positive can and do influence investors ...especially newbies and the lazy ones.
