Hope you are correct about the time scales on the cyber attack, my research suggests it could be a lot longer. However we do not know how long the situation was ongoing before the notification.
The redundancies created company restructuring...recapitalisation? Not sure on that one! However its as good a theory as anyone elses at this moment.
Why have the company not come forward and RNSed all is well on the finance front, imo clearly looking at other alternatives.Hopefully a better source will be found.
One thing worrying me...wheres the derampers??
Usually we would see them appear given the circumstances....do they not think TRX has no future for them to deramp lol...or maybe not lol.
The good thing with AIM sentiment can turn in an instant...will sit patiently waiting, its coming.

Could be a rollover but never having done one I don't know how they appear when reported. Just suspicious when the second sell price is higher than the first.

I am not a nervous investor...whatever i put into AIM its there to be "gambled", i dont believe there are investors on AIM.But its certainly "a rough patch" we are going through.

Yes good point, no mention of the dates.BUT can we take it they do not still apply.

So if this offer is not taken up within those time frames...its no longer available?, and we can not take up the offer without recapitalisation.
And the board went to great lengths to extend cash runway to end of April...but now that will have changed.
So news soon then?

This point is getting lower and lower, sat here watching the sells go through, and imo we can not blame Link. Pis getting worried by the lack of info and boredom...its been an age since positive news.
Thinking to myself i should be proactive and make a decision...either sell and trade or buy more.
But have learnt doing nothing is the best course of action in the long run...so will do what i,m good at...doing nothing.
Not too worried about the cyber incident...these can take weeks to remedy.

i think its more than speculation, all fits together nicely. Explains things rather nicely to me.
But of course anyone is free to disbelieve or disagree.

And of course when the Schroder notification comes it could be showing more than the 19.98%.
They will have done their research on the fund they are acquiring and maybe like MPH they have decided to add some TRX....anything up to 5% is not notifiable.

MPH now becomes interesting. Schroder (if my reckoning is correct) will be receiving 19.55% of MPH in the new fund, they must have done their research and decided to take 8% off Woodford.

its NOT money that is due to the fund holders...that was just Woodford Equity Fund...The 6.2% sale of TRX shares covered that fund.
The 19.98% was held in the Woodford Patient Capital Trust...still being managed,still ongoing . NO selling required!

its all their in black and white...you just have to figure it out. Link are not holding or selling, they are simply the custodians while Schroder takeover management.
Sure we will be a lot wiser on or around the 13th.
Question is what will Schroder decide to do?
