Woodford have sold 6.2% (26% -19.98%).
Plus whatever Invesco have sold

Was the 8.8m sell the other day in fact Invesco? Big trade for a pi, a pi who buys that amount does his research ...in my mind doubtful.
Genuine enough reason for the low sp...nothing to do with the company or its future prospects...imo.

My understanding of the situation regarding Link.
Woodford investment management held % TRX in Woodford Equity Income Fund AND Woodford Patient Capital Trust.
Woodford Investment management was first suspended and then folded.
Woodford Equity income was closed and assets sold to repay investors.
Woodford Patient Capital Trust was found new management.
8TH July notification states Woodford held 26% and reduced to 22.16%, the 22.16% was reduced further to below 5%.
Link solutions then notified the uptake of the 19.98%.
I am reading into this the 19.98% was held in The Patient Capital Trust.(the sold % in Woodford equity)
So Woodford Equity Investment % sold , Woodford Patient Trust % transferred to Link( awaiting transfer to Schroders) because at this time Woodford Management no longer in business.
October 2019 stated Schroders were to be the new management of Woodford Patient Trust...this is now due to take place 13th FEB 2020.
Sometime between monday and Feb 13th we will get a tr1 notification stating Link fully out and Schroders holding 19.98%

Link have not been disposing of their Tissue Regenix holding, stands at 19.98% on the company website and with no TR1 notifications stays the same.

Woodford Patient Capital Trust was the holder of these 19.98% before suspension.(and the transfer to Link) On the suspension being lifted and Schroders taking over the Patient Capital Trust we are presuming they will be held in the New Fund?

So if Link have not been selling...Most of us were wrong that suggested they were, including myself.
So were the strange trading patterns just figments of our imaginations..??
OR were people taking advantage of this situation?
OR it was merely the placebo effect.

The cyber incident....not sure you can call it an attack, was it a direct attack on Tissue Regenix or inadvertently through its its IT provider?

"Precautionary" suggests to me it was not a direct attack. However once again a badly worded RNS open to different interpretations.
IF market sensitive information has been acquired will this necessitate a release of information earlier than TRX envisage or worst case actually negate any ongoing deals?
The fallout of this incident may be minor...but on the other hand it may not. Incidents like this can take many hours , not uncommon apparently for 500-1200 hours required to resolve the problem fully......again patience is required.

NO i would not class any LSE listed shares as being illiquid.
Portfolio B are far as i am aware seems to be private companies and property.
99.9% certain TRX is in Portfolio A.
EVE SLEEP notifications suggests Link are required to notify...We have no notifications, i am now thinking that Link are still holding the full amount.

And Schroders had a notification of a Woodford transfer in MPH in Dec.
All very confusing, hopefully get some clarity soon.

Just noticed from the Woodford shares transferred to Link and the need for notification, it appears EVE SLEEP have had TR1 s regarding Links disposal .
So apparently it seems they are required to notify when crossing thresholds.??

8m in one trade I would not class these as difficult to sell.

Woodford have reduced and declared. Its the shares transferred to the liquidators Link that appear to have no TR1s and yet should have by all accounts have been sold.

Been through most of the listed companies can not find any TR1 relating to Link selling. Wonder if Woodford fund holders are aware that in fact there appears to have been no sell off of assets?...APPEARS!!

TS i understand your point . However you are still suggesting that because there has not been a notification from any of the other Woodford/link shares that none of these have been sold...even though Blackrock were tasked to do so.
My understanding is Blackrock were engaged to sell Portfolio A ...Portfolio A consisted of LSE listed companies. You are suggesting that in fact they have not even started to sell these due to a lack of a TR1.
NO TR1 from any of the Link companies.
According to reports the liquid assets have been sold...Blackrock have completed the task they were given. Parkhill still have the illiquid assets to sell. Your reasoning would only make sense if you considered AIM shares to be Illiquid?

Do you not think its more likely there are exemptions to the notification rules?

Link have holdings in a variety of companies, as yet i have not seen a TR-1 relating to any of them. Are you suggesting TruthSearcher that Link are in fact not selling any of the shares that they have been tasked with doing?

It is Midcap who are insisting on recapitalisation...i,m in a quandary why they would insist on a placing...a placing raises funds...is that not what Midcap are providing? Why insist that they raise funds before issuing them with funds?

If you believe in the products and the ip then imo you have to believe that other companies want these products as stated. I,m hoping for upfront licence fees...
