Depends how many are exercised, but if all are exercised just over £2m.

When i read a remark as such, i USUALLY take it with a pinch of salt...however there are strong possibilities in this case.

There was a lot of chat previously on this board about Jupiters 10% holding.
No TR-1 was issued and it seems to be the opinion that it is Jupiter accumulating the stock sold by Woodford.
Jupiter inherited some of woodfords held stocks,invesco are connected to woodford...
There is no notification of invesco holdings on the TRX shareholders list.
My suggestion is...Jupiters 10% is merely Jupiters and invesco combined by TRX hence the showing of 10% and no tr-1 required.

Link Fund Solutions and Link Asset services are the same.
Piecing it together now.So TRX have major holders,woodford,invesco and Link who are basically all the same company and all dumping.

When doing your warrant calcs don't forget the 2,333,333 issued to the company's broker.

My research says they can be bought and sold anytime within the expiration period until exercised.
The placing holders are not necessarily the current holders.
I think!!

For instance.
One person partook in the placing and was issued a warrant exercisable at 1p...cost him nothing.
There is a market.for warrants. The sp is currently let's say .35p...
A buyer.might be found to pay the holder .20p to become the new holder of the warrants , but not able to exercise until 1p

Still doing some reading on warrants. Now I'm not the brightest button and I often get the wrong meaning of things but I try and educate myself.
Apparently warrants trade through a broker but on a different market. Because these are only 3 months into a 3 year expiration period they will have a higher value.
The warrants entitle the."holder",. These warrants could have been sold numerous times to different holders already but not exercised yet.
Someone more educated than myself please put me right if wrong.

So you are saying 2p. That's what I thought but with my discussion with you I have educated myself a little further on warrants.
