So Feb 2020 $10.5m could be available?

I am not of the opinion that its pis taking the sold shares.
However with no recent tr-1 we will remain in the dark.
Having watched this trading for the last few weeks...seems orchestrated to me...deliberately being kept in a certain range by the buyer and seller.
I think the statement in the recent rns said recapitalization.
Maybe dilution, maybe.

Agreed it appears someone is off loading BUT you fail to mention it also appears someone is buying them up.
The board do NOT have a history of placings, a rarity on aim.
Recapitalization is going to take place (or currently is)....this can take many forms and with increasing sales and reducing losses....news of this will be the catalyst for the sp turn around.
Imo of course.

Why do you think its Link and maybe Jupiter offloading?

The current sp which appears to be 1.95 reflects the sentiment and expectations of future results of buyers against those that are selling for whatever reason. MMs make a market within guidelines.
Would be surprised if many companies on aim are at their true value.
If next results carry on or better than the last it will rise. How high?
Until there are more sellers than buyers.

The accelerator provision is optional.purely rocks decision whether to enforce or not.
If the news is released in stages then imo the warrants will be exercised in stages. Remember if rock decide to enforce their is criteria to be met. If I was a warrant holder with no cash to buy and hold, I would not be panicking yet about selling for the best price
I think some of the 1p holders will be hoping for nearer the 3p mark,and some will take what's on offer now.
Of course the 1.5p holders need the 3p for 100% which most will be looking at.
Just my opinion.

This will not hit 10p until all the warrant holders have exercised. Whether that be via flipping or continuing to hold.its hard to believe any holders would not capitalize on this opportunity.
175m is a lot of downward selling pressure and the reason I believe these results are being drip fed.
Therefore there will be 728m shares issued...10p makes a m/cap of 72.8m.

no just an amateur who learns from each different scenario i encounter.Have yet to be involved in a share buy back or takeover.
Just my novice way of thinking... the RNS stated the recapitalization was taking place.( can come in many forms)
We appear to have a seller and a buyer who seem to be working together to transfer this stock.
A very low m/cap....
for the company to take 20 to 30 % back and hold them in treasury, gives them both assurance against a hostile takeover and funds if ever they needed to sell them back to the market.
Midcap want some assurances. this gives stability. Just a thought and probably way off the mark.

But can the company do a share buy back? i understand a resolution would have to have been passed to allow it...do they have this permission?
Do they have to inform the market first before buying?

I agree with most of your post, but currently it appears we have a large buyer and a large seller...
i take that as "remarkable trading"..
Worth watching imo.
You can do and i will do loads of research...
but i have learnt not to believe everything i read or hear...ceos included. The market often tells a different story to what i believe should be happening, i just try and understand why.

i have been in here a few weeks, have added again today on the back of minimal but encouraging research. intending to hold long term so more indepth required.

wasent sure of the true meaning...had assumed it to be a placing like most i guess...but a little education makes the word a little less scary.

It's not about being bothered what trades they are it's about understanding what's happening...makes you more inclined to make less rash decisions. Well for me anyway...

I tend to agree, clue is in the time stamps which they have printed in reverse order. If they.were buys the second trade would be a higher price not lower.

I am sure there are those of you who noticed my other mistake (i would blame it on being a very long day but the truth is i,m a little thick), yet just too polite to correct me.
With 58m being exercised at 1.5p its over £2m potentially forth coming.
Certainly reduces the chances of a placing for the companies further plans.
