NO what she does is SAY after the event that she has sold and bought back cheaper....
Believe what you will but i would have been more impressed if she had stated earlier she had sold and was waiting to get in lower.

So if the sp reaches 25p...the shares cover the debt, nothing is paid by Zoetic to Diversion but none of the $65k is received.
the shares pay the debt in full.
Zoetic then place these into treasury...available to sell if needs be at a later date to raise funds.

i see this as a very positive indication of where the bod think this company is heading.

The unknown factor is the date of purchase...it would be brave or stupid from both parties to agree to this from a future sp.

Mixed feelings about whether i want them to be good or not...spent 3yrs invested here,so good results will be some vindication of that time spent. However bad will see this lower and maybe time to get back in.

Future smartphones...the dream of most investors on here, and the reason i invested and waited so heavily....but a little research will tell you it will not happen until Cap-xx actually manage to produce a product they stated they had done many years ago...never materialised, i,m hoping the 3v dosent end up a similar scenario.
