OF COURSE THAT SHOULD BE 2019... AND 5 MONTHS!

175,490,196 warrants outstanding...potential 175,490,196 shares to be issued if all the warrants exercised.Potential £1.75m into rocks funds.
ALL these warrants are candidates for selling at the current sp.
Rock can enforce the selling, if and when the criteria is met(or lose them) if they so desire.

is this the reason for the release of drilling news in stages? makes sense to me.
Steady rise of sp, allowing warrant holders time to exercise over an extended period.

I have read the rns as advised.
Rockfire has raised gross proceeds of £350,000 through a placing of 116,666,666 new Ordinary Shares, at an issue price of 0.3 pence per Ordinary Share (the "Placing Shares"). Investors subscribing in the Placing will also receive one warrant for each Placing Share subscribed for (the "Placing Warrants"), exercisable at 1 pence per Placing Warrant for a period of three years from issue

Murata and Cap-xx have had a long standing relationship. IF this Rns states their relationship has now ended....would it not be courteous to publicly thank them?

Ak once stated that their ip has a vast range of possible applications.
We know that Cap-xx ip was extended to cover Lithium batteries.

That to me reads that if Cap-x infringe any of Murata patents in the production of their acquired supercapacitors then no action will be taken.

Agreed looks like a fantastic deal for the company...current shareholders , short term not so good...but patience required.
Any new investors getting in now (or possible sub 3p) ...excellent mid to long term hold.
Todays RNS is basically old news...it was on the cards and stated many times over.
Trouble is, some believed what the BOD were saying and not what they were reading!
Murata have stated they are exciting the production of Supercaps because they can not make a profit....will Cap-xx fair better?
IF i was still holding...would be fairly happy with todays news.

More and more are becoming aware that something "unusual" is being played out here.
Whatever it maybe i think its going to accelerate fairly soon.

Anyone want to work out the average price paid on the directors buys?

The pattern appears to me...the seller sells early in the day bringing the price down, the buyer hoovers them up later in the day.
Appears orchestrated to me...

The shareholder submits the form to the company.The company issues the rns notification.
it appears Jupiter have submitted the form to TRX(hence the shareholder update) but no RNS issued to inform the market.
Just an opinion.

The point of my last post which seems to have been missed.
Jupiter HAVE notified to the company (hence the increase on website)...the company have NOT notified the market.
imo someone else is taking these shares...and until they have stopped buying will not notify.
Smells of a takeover with the Bods approval to me.

if the company has updated its shareholder website then Jupiter must have notified them of their threshold crossover. Seems TRX have not notified the market within the three permitted days. Been looking for an exemption to this ruling, but none forthcoming .
Why would they be reluctant to do so?
Trading over the last couple of weeks looks an orchestrated ploy of moving shares from one party to another.
