Although i consider myself a new investor (6 yrs), my first endeavour resulted in a 100% loss.
About the same as you here, wary of ceos and their verbal statements.
i suppose any statements here have to be verified by three parties...which is consoling.

You do not need flow rates to do a CPR.
volumetrics are what they are after.
if they are not waiting on the CPR...then why the delay?

imo looking at the small trades and volume...no.
just pis getting worried and bored.
it must have crossed every ones mind (except Heid) to sell a few...even if you decided not to.
Not nice to see the drift....you can only take the actions that you feel are correct.

i got the impression from the last interview that the CPR will come before flow tests.

There are plenty of very confident posters that have got things very wrong.
Always wary of posters that persist in being over confident even when there is a little cause for concern...

Why is it drifting lower...actually rising a little.

People might think oh good 5.35% up...but the truth is we have actually finished red.
This is actually bad because the starting sp (TODAYS CLOSING) on monday morning will be 0.266.
The live buys and sells were going through a lot lower than this...the closing sp should really be 0.25.
it was the ut trade ( a measly 80k shares that has set the price) .
with no new news and the large delayed sell the % drop will look bigger than it actually is...deterring buyers and scaring folk into selling.
Hoping for some good news monday.

i still read this board and follow Cap-x with interest...no doubt one day i will buy back in.
i sold because i could see the sp going lower...still think it will go lower yet. Not to say the future does not look promising...i believe it does, just think its a while yet and a few more downs before it starts the ups.
my opinion...dosent count for much to anyone but me.

vesting means the share option holders have earnt the right/time served to exercise them...when exercised they own them.
in the event of a buy out any unvested options will become invalid.
Todays RNSs could be two very big clues.

"If you have vested stock options (incentive stock options (ISOs) or non-qualified stock options (NQSOs)) that you have not exercised, you may have the opportunity to do so before you leave the company or within a defined period of time after your departure from the company"

i have gone trough a few granting of option RNSs and imo this is not a standard clause.
The company as to specifically add this.
But here to be educated so happy to be shown otherwise.

forward to next thursday when these options shares hit the market...normally most when exercising just sell straight away and take the profit without any financial outlay...
Question...with all this imminent news ,drills,results...all price sensitive info surely this puts him into a closed period?
I,m thinking he will not be allowed to sell any...so just why has he exercised early.
