Just appears most see it as negative....
i,m excited and looking forward to what they arrange, imo could be very positive.

What is your interpretation of the word "recapitalisation"?

Agreed, a quick scan down the list of RNSs reveals "issue of equity" numerous times...its only when you investigate further they are in relation to options.
AS i said...placing imo last option.

Now this in the present situation makes a lot of sense to me. Given the past history of dilution by TRX i am thinking a placing is the last option...recapitalisation comes in many different forms. Just a thought

IF they are talking to their broker, and many assume its regarding a placing, would it be wise to advertise the fact?
If you are trying to get a placing away then a dropping sp due to rumours of a forthcoming placing is not going to help matters...along with Woodford, a placing rumour is not going to help.
Past history suggests no placing will take place, but as always time will tell.

Did you notice the change in facial expression when asked about new products...imo news soon on that front.

When posters make comparisons to other companys I wish they would state m/cap and not sp.

What evidence do you have that the warrant sells are coming to an end?
Judging by the RNS stating THE warrants exercised there is still a large amount forthcoming...any evidence to support your assumption would be appreciated.

The company recently raised £350k to fund the present drilling.
I should think the warrants will cover the cost of any further drilling...imo of course.
