Jester The contract Ascent has with INA is to supply between an upper and lower limit, 8.8 would be over the upper limit. It's in an RNS somewhere, I'm sure you will find it. The soil samples are only requested at a set stage in the process, not before when the knob was complaining.

The same old story. Will INA be that keen to take out AST Slovenia knowing they only hold 75%? Will Petrol & or Geo want INA taking 75%? What does the contract/agreement with Petrol & Geo say about AST selling, do they get first option? Are there other clauses? If Ascent Slovenia is sold, the plc which you own shares in is still running, then what happens? It all gets a bit more complicated once you look closer at what could happen.

Not sure but, you can't ignore damaged gas pipes, so it's probably not a decision which could be avoided. PG10 is still going strong, so it's not the end of the world, just bloody annoying.

So if you don't think he was passing imformation on from INA, where do you think the imformation came from? A guess or made it up perhaps.

I think Colins mistake at the last fund raising was taking people on face value, INA said the transmission pipe will be certified in a week, he took that a fact. He knew bills had to be paid but if production started in a week it would be fine, but the certificate took longer than a week and his bills needed paying so suddenly funds were needed. Same as when he tells us, IPPC is completed, he passes that news to us and then, it's a further wait. In both examples he is just the middleman and has no control of either.

PG11a has been unfortunate although they seem to have done the right things, sadly these wells are not plug and play as some here believe. IPPC is out of their control of course but is nearer than it has been. Time will tell.

Well, the original asset valuation was based on gas only, so if the seismic data is showing that much oil, it will add to the value.
