At the moment, I'd be more happy to get the permit to rework these two wells, in tgeory it should resolve tge water issue on PG11a and substantially increase output from both. The IPPC can wait for now, once the bank balance is loaded up we can turn to either reopening older wells, there seem little point building a processing plant without enough gas to make it viable.

Stoltenberg is correct, the hold over EU countries by Russian gas companies is an EU issue which it's failed to deal with for many years, NATO is a collective defence organisation and the two rarely work together. In fact NATO currently share data on cyber security, there have been treaties in the past such as dealing with the Yugoslavian fallout.

There are two sets of permits applied for, I think the response in the email posted here earlier is not refering to the IPPC, not by the dates but by what is being spoken about in the emailed response.

There seems to be a mix up on what was being talked about, the remarks I think refer to the permit to reworking & frackturing the two well, which is different to the IPCC.

That's my understanding.
