A fair & truthful summary. Only time will tell & tell us all the truths in this 4 year story ( far far too long a story for me now in all honesty. ).

The clock of time keeps on ticking towards end game for ZPHR & its shareholders. I know i bang on about a sale, but for me after 4 years, i need to move on in 2026, i'd take 8p a share today for my 7m shares. The thought of a JV & yet another 3 years + of drilling & fannying about will put me in an early grave. I don't need the money, but its the utter boredom which drives me insane. I was going to put all my ZPHR profits from 1.25p initial investment, turned 120k into £450,000 in 12 months ) into Rolls Royce in 2021 at circa 70p a share, oh how i wish i had, its now over £10 a share. I would be retired & rich. I was follwing RR very closely for months. My mistake, i though ZPHR would go up x 5 & it didnt!.

Frankly, i thought back then , ZPHR would be 10p-20p within 24 months after my initial investment & RR wouldnt be much higher than 70p & RR is dreadfully boring!.... Then they blew the 36-2 well up.

I wish this wasn't all true folks, but trust me it is & i can give you give screen shots from my SIPP over the last 4 + years to prove it. So, if anyone has grounds for utter & complete annoyance & lack of SP growth, i can assure you it's me. Because of CH & ZPHR, i should have retired 12 months ago at 55 & well off. Now i'm strapped into this bus with 4 bald tyres for god knows how long

You ask why i put so much into ZPHR 4 /5 years ago.... Very simple. I did a huge amount of research on ZPHR / CH , all the DOE / NETL / UK II's support before their 1st £10m placing for paradox nearly 5 years ago . I was totally convinced, i had found a share with top tier management within a safe area of operation, fully justified DOE grant support + many other positives, all for 1.25p odds a share. I still 1000% believe this, buy my god its taking some time to get this fecker knocked into healthy shape in terms of a meaningful SHARE PRICE Mr Harrington.

My life is in your hands Mr Harrington. Don't drop the ball please. You are already over the game line, just touch the basta..d ball down & we all win the game. This should be the easiest shoe in deal in history.

I would say a meaningful update with real news, actions by end of 2025. As others have said & myself. Re the data room.Any party seriously interested in a JV / Buyout will have known all about ZPHR / the paradox & its potential / results / proof of concept positive results for atleast 6-12 months before now.

My point is, they will all be no stranger to the oppurtunity here, so you have to ask yourself, how long can it take to trawl through the date & get round the table to actually close off a heads of terms. Not least of which as its safe / onshore USA, tier one massive field we are talking about here. Thank god ZPHR isnt operating all this in Afganistan, or we really would be fooked.

As always with shares, only old man time will reveal all, thats is the only certainty in all of this... time will tell the truth

Good find Nelson The dog, & very interesting. I think given ZPHR & the paradox will be a fairly small chunk for a larger player to bite off, will be in our favour in the current market. Lets hope things are going to plan. I will be very severely disapointed if we don't get a raft of meaningful RNS' between now & end of 2025.

Another week with ZPHR's SP, trapped like a rat in groundhog day. Spread is huge, which doesnt really encourage anyone of worth to buy or sell. It's been this more than ever since the 3p placing.

I've said many times, if the Paradox is a SEMINAL as CH & indeed Sprouls implies / states in writing that it is, then we should secure a swift decisive JV / Large investor or a buyout within 2-3 months imo.

Afterall, the so called data room info has frankly by an large been plain for all laymen to see in general terms, let alone large players in the instustry, since the results of the 36-2 came in during May, 5 MONTHS AGO, yes 5 months ago!. It's not as if it's been a sudden surprise to all those interested in Buying / investing in the Paradox development.

My point is ( and i've worked in B2B sales for 25 years up to £30m transactions so i know ), the interested parties SHOULD be ready to get their money on the table now & close things off. A simple business. concept really, provided they have negotiators who are fit for purpose, lets hope so.

100% agree. this has always been my view. If the Paradox is an important as many commentators suggest, then who knows what could happen. Dont forget to date the Department of Energy ( part of the US government ) has partnered & supported ZPHR with over $12m on " Grant" money.
