On another note, the $7.5m 36-2 investor is surely surely pushing CH along & or at least using every skill / leverage / contact they have to get everything moving for 1st GAS asap?. Gas prices are very high & in demand, so also surely Enbridge want the Gas online too ?. Hopefully we get a factual / solid & pertanent RNS pre Xmas.

Hydras, the more i think about it, the more i agree with you, this is being managed in some way day to day. Any other AIM co in the land would be spiking high on recent CPR & 36-2 results, ZPHR isn't and that's not normal or right .We should be trading between 4p-5p imo pre JV or sale. For my own sanity, i just hope we get things sorted asap and off these shocking SP levels soon. CH talks of his SP frustrations, BUT, i'm sorry Colin, you are the cause of your own & our frustrations by not closing off various simple parts of the jigsaw, that we need to push significantly higher. You can talk of things that are outside of your control, but lets not forget, the US governments DOE has given you $12m + in grants, so surely they can grease a few hands to push things on??. Just sell the thing for 10p and lets be all done with it if Enbridge &others are playing hard ball

6.6.23- shares were issued to II's at 3.5p ( those II's are now down 37%

3.5.2024- SGR investments swapped debt for shares at 4.85p - they are now down 55%.

Sorting the paperwork & terms are the easy part, the drilling of the 3 x wells & in particular the 36-2 were the largest risk & hardest task by a 1000 miles compared to the paper work now holding us up. POO going up, Natural Gas utterly flying again. ZPHR 2.20p-2.40p odds. Mental

US DOE / NETL are all involved with this & it will surely need a hell of lot of power source going forward??.

Enbridge are huge players & they own / develop / operate their own fields & distribute their own Gas & in UTAH. I've posted before from their linked in / instagram feeds, which are informative & pertanent to ZPHR & all SH's. CH said his last Proactive Interview , they were having "Weekly " meetings with Enbridge. Their 16 inch pipeline is only 70 feet from the 36-2. See link below re their own Gas fields. A natural JV partner for ZPHR in the Paradox if ever i've seen one imo
