Well at east we haven't had yet another "no meat on the bone" RNS thus far re all that is going on. That would really wind us all up. Truth be told, i cant see much early January either. Everyone goes to sleep business wise mid / late december & early New Year. I would be aiming at the very very worst for solid / meaningful / seminal News by end of March. That will surely surely give all concerned huge amounts of time to close everything off.

It does MTK, but they've had over 7 months to prepare for all of this after the success of the 36-2, its not like all this paperwork etc / commercials w/ negotiations as a surprise to them surely?. Hey ho, another year gone by.

One thing we can all agree one & its obvious. Everything CH is working on in the background: IE: Enbridge negotiations / Engineering works / Commercial agreements / Preparing 3 x wells for tie in, Gas marketing agreement / potential JV & or sale / Fed government sign offs for the wells etc.

All of the above MUST & Will have an "End Game" closure , they CANNOT all go on and on for forever, closure on all fronts MUST come & soon, no other conclusion is humanely possible. Otherwise whats the point of ZPHR / the BOD's & the major II's existence in all of this.

I very much doubt this is the case, as many many more experienced investors than me are into ZPHR for a lot of money & they will DEMAND results & closure asap from all concerned.

Simple stuff really. And please Colin, DO NOT issue another RNS unless it ticks most if not all of the boxes on my points above with actual firm contractural / commercial closure with definete timeframes to cashflow & development. No waffling updates which are just carbons copies of previous recent RNS's & interviews & just make you look like someone who isnt in control of the Co & its future. Just daft & pointless really

Are we saying this is the acerage auction that ZPHR are aiming to take up more nominated positions on?. Looks like to me. Just trying to see its geography in relation to the current acerage etc. Auction closes 1st January, which is good news. If this is the one CH was talking about, then they must have bid by now

Lets hope CH isn't a "Bad Santa" , the Grinch or worse, Srooge before his redemption!. 6.5 working days until Xmas. Truth be told, a % of what they are working on will be out of his control, so who knows re timings.

And hopefully won the war more importantly!, not just the battle sop to speak. only 7 working days until Xmas & a couple more pre NYE. we shall see. Personally, i think it will January for the next RNS. I hope i'm wrong

Hydras, yes, we would all hope so. However, from experience December always slows every job done to a crawl. Its may have to be a Happy NY present late January 2026?. Ive said before, all the things they are working on for closure & to our SH / SP benefit , just cannot go on for ever. END GAME on all fronts will & has to come & very soon imo. We have either won the battle or lost the battle, end of story.

We need structured deadlines / timescales & closing dates for all partys either in negotiations / paperwork / liasing with the BLM /Fed government / Enbridge / shareholders etc etc . Without that, you end up with an utter cluster feck x 100. Its all the basic stuff you should learn at University or in CH's case, none other than a Hansard Scholar at the " London School of Economics". or do they not teach the basics of business management at the LSE ??

Lol!. As you've always said ST1 , i agree, the SP has been somehow fiddled with over the years. Lets hope they fiddle themselves over 10p soon.

I agree, but it was good enough for them to put in $2.5m initially., so there is hope going forward. Albeit the non ops for me will never help the SP, its just a distraction from the main event. Only the 3 x wells going on line in the Paradox & clearly the development plan / J V/ sale for the Paradox .

As always, END GAME has to be close by in terms of negotiations / paper work / commercial terms with Enbridge/ Gas marketing agreements etc etc, OTHERWISE what the hell is the point of CH & his team & all talking!!!. This cant go on forever, there MUST be a closing /deadline date for all concerned. Thats normal professional business procedure & has been since God was a boy. And this will not be lost on the most important people in all of this who are:

SGR investment / Premier Miton / Tyndale Investments / the $7.5m investor from Houston . I think you will find THEY all work to deadlines / firm closing dates for negotiations in all that they do. If you don't do that in any business, then are ill planed & you therefore plan to fail in a mickey mouse manner.

Structure & firm non negotiable deadlines CH. Simple stuff really. I was saying the same thing 7 months ago ffs!

From the Nov RNS, CH says that ZPHR expects this to be the 1st of many such investments. Question is where does the money come from for ZPHR to make those investments & thus then get drill funding from the $100m investor going forward?.

Just throwing it out there. Why make such a comment if you don't see a way of paying for those future investment ops?. Unless of course he means from income once our 3 wells are on line. More questions than answers at the moment Colin.

The next RNS will be utterly crutial for his credibility. Unless its factual, decisive ,firm, & adds significant value to the SP, then don't bother releasing it!. No more near term waffle please. And lets also hope the local federal BLM folk& Enbridge don't have 3 week Xmas partys on the lash. They all need a big rocket up their Ars...es to get the paper work / inspections / commercial agreements signed off
