o 35.3 million net boe, an increase from 1.4 million net boe in the 2022 CPR

o Forecast to generate undiscounted free cash flows, net to Zephyr, of circa US$400 million, with a current NPV-10 of circa US$101 million (an increase from US$10.8 million in the 2022 CPR)

o Twelve well locations classified as Proved + Probable Recoverable Reserves

· A 3.5-fold increase in Total Recoverable Resources, representing full field development of the Cane Creek reservoir within the WSU (see Table 2 below), a significant increase in the total net resource estimate:

o 74.2 million net boe, compared with 21.4 million net boe in the 2022 CPR

o Forecast to generate undiscounted free cash flows, net to Zephyr, in excess of US$880 million, with a current NPV-10 of circa US$158 million (an increase from circa US$88 million in the 2022 CPR)

· Net Prospective Resources (2U Resources) (unrisked)

o 270 million net boe, compared with 203 million net boe in the 2022 CPR, encompassing the as-yet-untested overlying reservoirs. The WSU prospective resources have not been reassessed as part of the CPR, and the increase in 2U resources since the 2022 CPR reflects Zephyr's increased ownership in the Paradox project since the 2022 CPR was completed.

1000% agree. over the last 4 years since i've been in ZPHR, when it does head north, it does so very very quickly over as few trading sessions. Albiet,i want a solid base for the this Co get to over 10p & well beyond in the next 12 months +.. This will be the last time i say this, but only the ZPHR MGT can feck up now, what should be an utter shoe in for the next biggest onshore US 0&G development . Close all the sale's doors Colin. The hard very risky work of the 3 x test wells is way behind us now. They have been an outstanding success. The easier / no risk to life job of JV's / partnerships / Well tie in's, infrastructure contracts are all there, just sign the bastar.... and lets get moving NOW.

Only & the team team can feck this for us all now. Its the biggest "Shoe in" to riches , in history.

The test results imply that each 10,000-foot lateral well drilled on the Paradox project could achieve a P50 individual well performance of circa 3.6 million boe and a NPV-10 of US$25.2 million.

In summary, the evaluation of the production test confirmed that the Cane Creek reservoir is highly productive and potentially ranks alongside some of the most productive oil and gas plays in the U.S. The results also suggest that there may be a considerable increase in the project's recoverable resources.

Next steps

The Board believes that the fundamental pieces of a significant oil and gas play are present within the Paradox project and over the coming months there are a number of key deliverables that will enable the Group to move towards the commencement of commercial production from the Paradox project.

This sentence without doubt means there will be great financial benefit to ZPHR from each deal done with the $100m. Question is on what terms / how much to ZPHR & how quickly will the ongoing financials benefits be in our bank??. Lets hope & pray the $100m investor ( unlike ZPHR ) can stick rigidly like any good business should, to defined Deadlines / structured timescales & project accountability in order that all shareholders benefit substantially some time very soon. The positive is, that the $100m private equity fund out of Houston, will DEMAND returns on their investment quick smart & thus you would think ZPHR will benefit quickly too. Talk is cheap though as we know all too well. ACTION & CASH are king.

If you need CASH into the business, why the Feck wouldnt you get 3 x producing wells online to treble your production & cash right away?. Simply WHY?

i had fully expected zphr to deliver me & my family similar & higher returns over 24- 36 months, but alas here we are utterly drowning at 2.7p odds.

if zphr fails ( i dont beleive it will, as i think we have cracked it now), it will be very simply becuase they have taken far far far and far again too long to get the their own cashflow into the business. cashflow that it staring them in the face. ( 3 x wells to come online for starters ). also, i feel they have spread themsevles far too thin in the buisness.

ie, they should have been 1000% concentrating on getting 3 x wells into cashflow production & also without question a strong meaningful large jv in place asap with the paradox. they have on several occasions gone off on tangents and private crusades re non ops stuff, which no investor large or small gives two fecks about, because that doesnt justify a higher market cap or sp imo.

that rant over, i'm still here and all in. if the cpr is company making & is then very very swiftly follwed up by a hum dinger of a jv / investor to drill say 10-20 wells for starters next year, then we are off to the races. not to mention bringing the 3 x wells into production

i mean you have to laugh when you read the h1 accounts about lower revenues, drop off in production etc etc , and yet we could could nearly treble current production and cashflow with the 36-2 online alone???. i mean its utter madness surely?. i will never ever understand why this simple fix for cashflow hasnt been the 1st priority back in may.

All i know, is that for me, ZPHR is in a much stronger position now than it ever has been in 4 years. If they cant make it work to all our benefits now, then they should be ashamed of themselves & leave the industry asap. Ultimately we need a much bigger player NOW to hold our hand and develop the Paradox now & over the years to come. Either that or a sale NOW at 10p odds so we can al move swiftly on before we die of utter boredom & complete dis beleif as to how they could feck this oppurtunity.

They have the easiest safest route to market to make money the world has ever seen & the full public backing / & kudos of the DOE & other similar US government body's. I mean, how can you feck that up?. Only a large meteor strike could feck that up for ZPHR or the end of the world tommorow.

I believe they "have" technically & operationally cracked the paradox. ZPHR & the DOE & others have stated that as fact on several occasions. If not, then the DOE will lose all credibility never mind their jobs if their recent factual statements are lie's & they all run the risk of being sued & hard jail time for stating mis truths.

Regardless, good luck to us all. Once the CPR is published & assuming its excellent, then CH & the BOD can have no more excuses to sit on their hands & not get the job of simple business & cashflows nailed in. I mean what have they been doing ffs since May??. Nearly 5 months now !

However, surely they were always going to get to the stage where cash for Development was tight,. ZPHR were never going to develop the PD on their own. They just had to firm up 3 x essentially wells, which they have done very sucessfully.

Now is 1005 the time to bring in a JV. Obviously every JV worldwide since God was a boy, are meant for this type of situation ZPHR are in. . So that smaller O&G Co's can reap the benefits of their 4 years of development with a larger player now & going forward bearing cash required to make much more cash for all parties. A simple concept in the Paradox on Onshore, safe, Trump backed US soil with infrastructure in place & an area surrounded by mid / higher tier O& G players!. Or so you would think, but PHR seem to have thus far, made hugely hard work of this process, i'm not sure i'll ever know why they have
