Indeed MTk. But we cant hardly break 3p just now, so a huge amount of work to do & hopefully soon.

One thing we do know is that the CPR is due to be announced circa 29th Sept. This will need to be in the public domain before any Paradox JV is announced imo. Albeit you would imagine that any potential JV partners would have a very strong idea of the content of the updated CPR in order to dive in with ZP

In the meantime, we should be getting the overdue Willieston figures, updates on Paradox well infrastructue / Gas selling deals / Hook up to pipelines & ofcourse any deals being "Closed " not talked about but "Closed Off" with the $100m Private Equity Investor based in Houston. As and when these JV deals with the $100m investor are actually signed & sealed, it will be hugely interesting for the share price to see the actual fine detail of what these deals mean for ZPHR cashflow / consultancy fee's etc etc, ie what's in it for ZPHR .

Also news on the 36-2 well $7.5m investor & where their position is now & going forward.

One hell of a lot of so called prolonged positive news flow to come CH, lets hope & pray the balls haven' t been dropped. It should be the biggest shoe in Victory in a game of business history has ever witnessed. Or so you would think. 55 days & counting since the mid July RNS re Prolonged period of positive newsflow!. That said, i'm significantly more confident now in ZPHR's future than i ever have been in the last 4 years, for obvious reasons.

As always in business, only time will tell & the market will know the truth & this will be reflected in the SP either way & soon. Auctus's note yesterday was telling & leads me to believe they know the truth & it will be out there very soon & thereby reflected in a strong re rate of the SP But hey, WTF do i know.

BB, you are missing my very simple point, You won't believe me, its true though. but i'm a Commercial & Asset Finance Broker & have been for 27 years.( NEVER WORKED FOR A BANK), we have over 50 niche lenders on our panel. I'm self employed I'm 56 next month. Gross income £300,000 ( for about 3 days a week these days ).

I've spent all that time cold calling new clients & current clients face to face all over the UK , with T/O'S of £1m to £200m. Clients in Oil & Gas , O& G support services onshore & offshore, Construction, Haulage, Shipping, Storage, Quarrying, Marine, Leisure, Farming, Aviation, Renewables, Engineering to but a few.

I deal with all sorts of so called Accountants, advisors weekly. I close Small & large deals day in day out face to face "Always", never online, thats for 20 year olds on facebook selling a 20k car to Aunty Betty.

Point is my friend. I believe in CH. however, we and all the world knows the 36-2 was a given back in April 25. He should have been in discussions with suitors 3 months prior. Therefore nearly 5 months later, these suitors should be suited / booted and ready to sign & move this fecken Paradox forward NOW.

I'm trying so very hard to work out why this hasnt happened. It should never ever ever take this long. After all CH hs the backing of the DOE / NETL / etc etc etc .

In short, the provisional jv deal for the development of the Paradox, should have been all but ready to sign up 3 /4months ago. Its a complete shoe in. Since then there has been nothing but positives. What's the problem here. Strangest closure of a simple deal i've ever seen . Really poor how long this is taking in relation to the facts known by all concerned nearly 6 months ago. They are operating on shore US, safest plaace on earth, Trump backs this, DOE / NETL / II investor all back this , instructure all in place, drill technique proved, 5000 gt lateral huge success, etc etc etc etc etc etc

What is the problem hear?. Close the fekcin JV deal CH and lets all move swiftly on before we all die of utter lack of closing a deal boredom.

Deary feckin me. Couldnt close a barn door. Just dreadfully slow and poor. As i say, the success in the PD was clear in APril, now we are into Sept??. why the delay.

From 17th July....... Now into DAY 47 tommorow with NO prolonged newsflow ( except the 388 well deal, which we all knew about ) The only NEW newsflow is the change of Reg of address!!!. FFS. Well atleast the accountants are doing from theit new offices.

Comne on CH close the feckin door and the deals man. Jesus wept. 4-5 years and counting.

This AM IG had the spread circa 3.35p to buy - 2.95p to sell ( ie a large spread.

Now they've narrowed the spread to 3.01p to buy - 2.79p to sell. Therefore this feckin about with the spread looks like we are down 9%. Wae are not, they've just narrowed the spread. Naughty naughty

Indeed a JV. But what are the financial terms for ZPHR now and going forward?. If no one knows that, then its of no good to man nor beast . CH has never given us or the market the JV terms as far as i can see. He must know but isnt telling us or the market?. WHY?. He surely isnt doing all this work for £0??.

Again, not rocket science, just a very simple communication via RNS . childs play really. How can us SH's or the market value such a JV if no financials term have been released??. madness

I may be wrong, but i don't remember in any RNS re " Fee's / %'s payable to ZPHR from the $100m Private Equity E house who are based in Houston???. Most on this BB have since the $100m JV was announced have queried why there is no mention thus faof what this JV actually pays ZPHR .

If you can find that info, then i apologies!. I hope you can. I hold 6m Shares, so believe in ZPHR's future.

BB, fair comments. As always, the only news that will propel us will be a JV or similar RNS. More than that a JV RNS MUST above all else , have Exact / detailed information on how many initial wells will be drilled, exactly when , exactly how long these wells will take to drill / test( ie Proper meaningful deadlines as any credible co would do ), full costs involved and ZPHR's likely financial split.

None of the above is rocket science, just simple good sound business practice for all parties. Only time will tell.

An updated Competent Person's Report is underway, and we expect to publish results by the end of September 2025. We are also progressing discussions with potential industry and finance partners as part of a structured asset level funding process in order to accelerate drilling activity at the Paradox project.

Indeed, 18 x opportunity's up from 5!. I think CH will have the $100m spent soon. Albiet the devils in the dso we need to know what is in this for ZPHR financially once deals are completed, otherwise what's the point!. Looks like a tidy bit of quick business to divest some wells & bank $1.5m, only lost 12 barrels per day. deal was 400 barrels a day, now 388 after tiny divestment

I'll say it yet again, its the Paradox JV & development plan & timings that we need to really kick start things. Sooner the better please CH. chop chop
