indeed jo,i concur. always best, but never easy to be in a stock long long before the crowds, even if it tskes 4 years to double / treble and beyond. my main annoyance with zphr, id that i expected us to be where we are now about 12-16 months ago. this has meant i've recently either been under water a tad or at very best best break even. albiet i can sit on these for another 7 yearsif needs be. however what has really ****... me off is that its prevented me from making very good money in other shares over the last 12 months or so, as i'm feckin trapped in zphr with near 7m shares across 3 x sipps ( myself and my wife my son) & 2 isas. i was desprate to buy eee ( going all in ) about 25p, if then rose to 65p odds in 3 months. also another cracker i couldnt get was gmet at circa 45p, which is now 108p, both are excellent companies.

i had fully expected zphr to deliver me & my family similar & higher returns over 24- 36 months, but alas here we are utterly drowning at 2.7p odds.

if zphr fails ( i dont beleive it will, as i think we have cracked it now), it will be very simply becuase they have taken far far far and far again too long to get the their own cashflow into the business. cashflow that it staring them in the face. ( 3 x wells to come online for starters ). also, i feel they have spread themsevles far too thin in the buisness.

ie, they should have been 1000% concentrating on getting 3 x wells into cashflow production & also without question a strong meaningful large jv in place asap with the paradox. they have on several occasions gone off on tangents and private crusades re non ops stuff, which no investor large or small gives two fecks about, because that doesnt justify a higher market cap or sp imo.

that rant over, i'm still here and all in. if the cpr is company making & is then very very swiftly follwed up by a hum dinger of a jv / investor to drill say 10-20 wells for starters next year, then we are off to the races. not to mention bringing the 3 x wells into production

i mean you have to laugh when you read the h1 accounts about lower revenues, drop off in production etc etc , and yet we could could nearly treble current production and cashflow with the 36-2 online alone???. i mean its utter madness surely?. i will never ever understand why this simple fix for cashflow hasnt been the 1st priority back in may.

i live in hope, and can only pray and i really mean pray, that ch, the bod & their larger investors have good reason for this self inflicted business pain, becuase thats what it is, its verging on business suicide surely ??, when it should never ever have been this way.

that said, once again, i am fully expecting 10p ++ over the next 6 months & beyond. mind you i said that 18 months ago.

come on ch, once the cpr is out ,lets for the love of god get these shoe in deals done now & get the wells online. i mean, why wouldnt you???.

It is confusing sometimes ST1, too much guff being spouted about on the back of RNS's. Reminds us all to dig deep & read & re read several times every RNS / Broker note etc.

Next spot revised & substantially upgraded CPR. The solid platform CH & the BOD always needed to push this wonderful oppurtunity forward into firm reality over the coming months.

ST1, also agree re the spread being messed with constantly to discourage buying. I've been watching that very thing on IG daily for months now. They will not let it much past 3p. Also there is a lot of spread betters in this shares, with stop losses, that also plays havoc with the spread & prices daily. The only way to get rid of this cra... is to have proper meaningful / company changing regular newsflow instead of the constant same old speil we've had all year.

Hopefully we are nearly there on that front. It cant get any worse, thats for sure. The only way is up surely

Indeed JO. The right decision on ZPHR. I've been here 4 years, 4m shares in my SIPP & 3m more in family ISAS etc. Now is NOT the time to be selling ZPHR, this has been a long term process && now more than ever before meaningful action is upon us & thereby the SP will react in good time. To be fair, it cant get much lower, we are already 12% below what the II's paid at 3p in the placing. Its time to add if you can & hold.

I'll back the II's who went in again at 3p for £10m & the $100m US investor. I think you will find they know very significantly more about whats going on at ZPHR. hold tight & keep the faith. Once the CPR is public knowledge, the brakes can come off for solid progress and SP growth. Its been 4 years of waiting, so whats another few weeks / months to genuine LTH's. I cant speak for week to week gamblers on this stock, i hope they get burnt soon & i'm positive they will.

Lets push those deals to closure CH as soon as the CPR is out. No excuses then my friend. Drive on,

He could be just checking we have all read the RNS several times over, ie winding us up!. Regardless, i now have eye strain from reading all the positive comments 7 times.

The CPR once in the public domain, should allow CH & the team to really kick on, otherwise what's the point??. Surely they MUST have many ducks lined up, all just waiting for the CPR so that their due diligence can be closed off once and for all?.

ST1, i've re read the RNS 4 or 5 times. No issue with your post, but what very Negative final paragraph in the RNS today do you refer too please?. I can only see plenty of positives. Once the CPR is public, we shall at last start to move, otherwise, what has been the point of ZPHR, its funders, shareholders, etc etc over the last 4 years. Now is the time to be adding at these levels, only forced sellers are surely selling now. Why would you?, we've been waiting 4 years for the developments that are about to be realised.

The simple truth is, that all ongoing newsflow / actions were never going to be finalised and nailed in, UNTIL the revised CPR was complete , in the public domain & gone over with a toothe comb by all parties looking at ZPHR. The CPR is the Key business foundation, once its nailed in, the deals can be signed, & hopefully very very quickly. No business & their investors / banks will commit to ZPHR UNTIL the CPR is published & its for this reason, that CH cant give us more meat on the bone. As simple business concept really. But the CPR is IMINENT. likely only days away as Rick Grant said it would be end of September ( today!). last few days to buy sub 3p imo

· Structured engagement with potential farm-in, strategic and investment partners to help fund and accelerate a larger scale Paradox project drilling programme;

· Completion of gas marketing agreements and improvements to the gas processing plant infrastructure;

· Completion of contracts with the owner of the operational 16-inch pipeline which runs adjacent to our gas plant, regarding the terms and timetable for the transportation of gas produced from the Paradox project;

· Continued leasing of additional nearby acreage;

· Acceleration of legacy workovers on existing 28-11 and 16-2 wells to bring online additional production at reduced cost; and

· Testing of overlying reservoirs (potentially using an existing vertical wellbore).

Due to the total lock down of news / rumour / leaks with so so much going on at ZPHR, i can only surmise outright ale of the business & its valuable assets is iminent. Otherwise why wouldn't you put out the anticipated end of month / quarter RNS;'s on the last monday of the month?. Why the feck leave it until tomomorow?. Something afoot here, i'm sure of it. Lets hope its starts in double figures.

All kidding aside Folks....

Can anyone think of a serious reason or reasons, as to WHY ZPHR don't appear to be in any kind of rush atall to secure 3 x wells into production / Announce a significantly improved CPR / Secure a large multiwell JV drilling programme in the Paradox to name but a few . Much energy has been pumped into the Non Ops side in terms of speed / energy / closure of deals. Alas an utter snails pace in the Paradox, which as we all know is the Game changer for Shareholder value. Non ops doesnt provide any SH value, only the PD does & its development.

I can only think of one reason for the lack of energy / sense of urgency for the PARADOX development. And that is, they know what they have in the PD & they know they want to sell the whole acerage, but how long that takes isnt really of much interest to them, day to day, week to week, month to month.

They will do it in their own time, BUT lets all pray that time is very very soon

I mean WHY wouldn't you get 3 x wells online and producing much needed cashflow asap. UNLESS you didnt need to bother, becuase you were lining up a buyer who could and will do all that quick smart one they owned ZPHR. Its the only reason i can think as to why everything is so utterly dreadfully, painfully slow & then some.

Lets hope some kind mid tier O&G co removes our pain & soon. Get this Co sold CH & ffs hurry up before the Aliens land in Utah.

I still believe that a sale of the business is the very best option. Personally i'd take 10p a share all day long. If CH, the BOD & II shareholders sold for 10p, they would treble or more their investment, which aint too shabby.

This seems a much much easier route to take, rather than fanny about for months / years getting production on line & further wells drilled. It's just taking far far far too long & frankly i've no idea why its taking so long, with much of the infrastructure in place.

I full believe in CH & the BOD, but i feel now as we head into Winter, yes Winter! again, we need this Co sold and away, so all involved can swiftly move on.

Surely ZPHR dont yet another year ahead of painfully slow progress, surely not?.

The only thing we can say for sure.......As each day / week / month crawls by is that we MUST be getting closer & closer to the end game, one way or another. Large meaningful dynamic JV or a Sale.... I'll take the sale.

Cool RB. sorry for the grammar & spelling in my post, i was just back from a 10km run, so a tad knackered1. I've just turned 56, so not far behind you.

CH & the BOD have teed this up nicely, just need a solid cash bid and we can all move swiftly on. I'm sure CH wants this away, so he can move onto pastures new or indeed retire very early

The end game here is & always has been the sale of ZPHR tob the highest bidder. From the get go, CH & his team are investors / money men with O&G preference to give a large return on thiers & their investors money over time. I say over time, as its takes time to achieve everything they have done & to line up the ducks & piece together the jigsaw, which i and they believe they now have

In its short, CH & the BOD have never ever been interested in the day to day / week to week / month to month SP movements, that we samll shareholders perhaps have been or the spread betters certainly have. Why you ask?. Very simple. They know what they have & what they have achieved in the PARADOX. Therefore they are just looking into the future at a 15p-25p sale price to a bigger player & they know that day will come. Therefore it doesnt matter to them if it was 6 months ago or 2027m becuase they know if when not if.

My advice is to forget short term weekly / monthly timescales and SP & concentrate in the knowledge that their sole aim is to sell this beast which they have now proved up. They bought a wonderful prospect, nurtured & slowly developed the drill concept / production rates etc etc into reality, so that they can get this Co sold. When will this be?, who knows. I suspect 6-12 months.

I also believe CH muted a 20p + price he wanted to get the co too, was simply him telling the market / potential buyers that figure was the figure he & the larger investors needed to sell ( without actually saying as much). He's marked their cards with a 20p base line, very clever really.

As always, only "Time" will tell either way. Ultimately CH 7 the BOD's game is to get this sold so a bigger player can pick up 7 drive on with what ZPHR have put in place. They are money men who want their ROI back and then some, as do all the II's / and others. The question is when & for how much

at 2.8p, it's surely an utter bargain. I've added with whatever i could over the last few weeks, sub 2.9p.

1000% agree, they are due us a shed load of news & soon. What happened to the promised "Prolonged Period of Positive newsflow" that were lauded in 2 x RNS's some 2-3 months ago now??. Are they working off the North Korean Calendar?.

Various Factors will push crude higher & we are heading for a colds winter

Sept 16 (Reuters) – Oil prices held steady in early trade on Tuesday after rising in the previous session, as market participants contemplated potential supply disruption from Russia after Ukrainian drone attacks on its refineries.

Brent crude futures edged up 4 cents to $67.48 a barrel by 0000 GMT while U.S. West Texas Intermediate crude was at $63.32, up 2 cents. On Monday, Brent settled up 45 cents at $67.44 while WTI settled 61 cents higher at $63.30.

Ukraine has intensified attacks on Russia's energy infrastructure in an attempt to impair Moscow's war capability, as talks to end their conflict have stalled.

"Heightened fears of supply disruptions from Russia, a key producer accounting for over 10% of global oil output" is helping oil prices, IG market analyst Tony Sycamore said in a client note.

U.S. Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent on Monday said the government would not impose additional tariffs on Chinese goods to encourage China to halt purchases of Russian oil unless European countries hit China and India with steep duties of their own.

Investors are also watching out for the U.S. Federal Reserve's September 16-17 meeting at which the bank is widely expected to cut interest rates. Lower borrowing costs could boost fuel demand.

"A weaker U.S. dollar, driven by expectations of a Federal Reserve rate cut this week, further supported crude oil," Sycamore said.

The U.S. dollar index , which measures the greenback's strength against six peers, slipped to a nearly one-week low. A weaker dollar makes oil less expensive for holders of other currencies.

Adding to the risk profile of Middle Eastern oil supply, the Israeli military launched a ground offensive on Monday to occupy Gaza City, Axios reported citing Israeli officials.

Meanwhile, U.S. and Chinese officials said on Monday they have reached a framework agreement to switch short-video app TikTok to U.S.-controlled ownership in a rare breakthrough in months-long talks.

Previous instances of easing U.S.-China trade tension have boosted risk sentiment and increased oil demand expectations.
