Bought a small amount close as damn it to the 50dsma. Not convinced I've done right but they were kind yesterday as a trade so will give them a chance for a longer hold.

To be fair Gold most of us were too busy trading and chasing the herd to research yesterday.

Today seems to be one of those cold light of day days.

Maybe the market wants more details? 1.1g/T isn't the best of grades so what's the AISC and how do they plan to pay off the £11M loan edzi has pointed to?

Got to admit a lot less hesitant to trade today with those questions unanswered and presume the markets the same hence the lack of a bounce.

Re their corporate update they were planning/expecting to raise for future growth and to pay down debt which I take it is what yesterdays RNS was describing?

"The Company notes that it has produced 1,153oz, averaging 230 oz of gold per month, from the Homase Mime in 2024 to date, and the Board believes the Fundraise provides sufficient working capital to continue production at at least this rate over the coming months. The Company may, in due course, seek to raise additional capital to support increasing its rate of production, to support additional exploration activities to increase the Company's resource base and to reduce creditors."

Will DMOR but what's the general view on their finances going forwards, fund raise needed or funded til cashflow positive?

Never believed the COF / b.grn project will get off the ground myself and this still looks like excuses/delays in that regard imo but have thought the boiler tech would take off relative to the market cap.

Would be good to see some real progress there.

Agree about the loan being good news esp the part about no placings.

Watching HE1 and MSMN again today thinking VOY has got itself into the right sector all it needs is the right newsflow.

I thought the general opinion on consolidations was don't do it. That's fair enough and agree actually that mostly they're a disaster.

Not so sure it would be the same with msmn as they're coming out of their multi year rut, have no further needs to place (that I know of) and have such a low cap that following any pi's that were decimating the sp by selling their shares in a three project helium play would be really dumb imo.

Idea mostly came from the recent proactive interview. The first thing they brought up was the fact that the sp had been demolished by too many capital raises-ie too much dilution or shares on the market so will see what they do.

Am a buyer if peeps do want to trash the sp should it happen so please if they do and your disappointed feel free to go nuts with the selling.

Thanks for the headsup on the quarterly's tom, I don't pay nearly enough attention to that stuff so appreciated.

Still find it incredible they've got so many shares yet such a tiny marketcap. Have to bang my head against the wall at times just to help with the maths.

Know its not everyone's position (and fair enough on that) but would love a share consolidation once the warrants are dealt with.

Was surprised to see the speed at which they've started drilling too.

Presuming that they should carry on being issued as they have been all along. Doesn't seem to be something to worry about looking at price action though, not unless you'd been hoping they'd suppress the price and been proven wrong?

Half a Billion of the warrants you're so worried about are to be issued once the share price moves well past 0.052p (the issue price) and another half Billion need the sp to reach around the 0.2p mark which is a five bagger from here and judging by your insistence they'll all be issued then I think you should be in not out don't you?

So you don't worry promise to let you know when we get the first RNS to state the 0.15p warrants have been issued. Wouldn't want you to feel you're out of the loop info wise.

I'm just surprised they've done "something." Wasn't expecting that let alone a move into helium.

If you read to the bottom of the RNS they lay out their reasons for the move, Doesn't take away from their seeming inability to get a canna deal over the line but think the whole UK cannabis sector being a non event threw them and they appear to genuinely want to lift the sp.

Dependent on the competency of M3 helium crew now I guess?
