produced oil at a rate of 524bopd av first 7 days. Was RNS'd 1st April 2014 so bit worried about reading further but seems to indicated they're in the right area for hydrocarbons at least?

Surprise West

The first 7 days of production at Surprise West was 3,668bbls or 524bopd average. Whilst the down hole pump has been successfully installed it will not contribute to the production rate until the average approaches 450bopd.

Took it myself that EP155 was msmn's longterm play as permissions weren't in and drilling not planned til next year or beyond.

imo EP145 is more their midterm play now with GRV moving along with seismic after the local elections are sorted and the US play has become the short term jam today play.

Think TW has got all excited over at GEX as they haven't got all the permissions for EP155 yet is all. Should settle down when the market twigs its not their only or their first bite at the cherry so to speak.

With the sp behaving as it is and all the talk being about their longer term play EP155 are we saying the Officer drill end of this year is worthless?

I do remember one of the bears suggesting that the co. was worthless as they didn't have the EP155 licence nailed down yet. Is that the general consensus?

Hoping for a dip as I haven't finished buying yet but don't believe the stock deserves one.

Noted they finished above the 50dsma today, first time ever (advfn charts) by the looks of things so hopefully today's update was positive enough to have marked bottom of the bowl.

If you mean the seismic for EP145 its been delayed likely til next year nice1. Elections in their territory has meant the local Gov going into "caretaker mode" and so no decisions on projects til after elections.

GRV don't have a timeline due to this but have applied for a 6 month extension to the licence so it stays in good stead.

nb. GRV sp has collapsed since their bitumen project grades disappointed in a major way not due to helium related issue.

Agreed and the North play having 5.5BCF of helium sounds quite promising. Believe that's 5.5 million mcf which at $500USD/mcf is more than enough to consider these cheap.

Good to have the negatives brought up imo trek. They are being well promoted on stockbox so balance is important imo.

Not worried about the split myself, think that'll come in if they get volume. Waiting to see how good flow is with their new well. Want to see how the excitement in their video on it converts to revenue for the co. Think that'll be a good first measure of their potential and thinking the market may too if its all they're geeing it up to be.

Best keep out the way when these guys are playing with fire.

RNS on the delay didn't look too difficult to understand from an outsiders view (ie- not invested).

CIZ has been advised by BIO to delay taking up their 10% of BIO's shares that they're due as BIO is planning a raise/equity investment to help them sell CIZ's marker (or whatever it is they're pumping) and it would be beneficial for CIZ to take up their 10% of BIO's shares after said raise so they're not instantly diluted.

Jolly good of them too imho.
