None that we know of and to be honest they don't seem to have got anywhere with the merger yet having concentrated their efforts and finances on increasing Paul Mendalls co's production.

Would have been better if they hadn't had lent them the money and concentrated on merging the co's first imho but not the way they went so position is M3 helium are growing at a fair old rate with new investors coming onboard and VOY shareholders are suffering as they have no real idea if the merger will occur or and if it does when it will occur. (based on the warning on every RNS)

All down to how strong a deal VOY made with M3 now regarding the merger and is Mendall a good enough "friend " to not look for a way to wriggle out of the deal now he's used all VOY's cash to successfully prove the concept and has new investors lining up to come onboard and finance future drills for a cut of the profits.

Hopefully will come out ok and as posted previously happy that they've updated on the merger but would still like to know the terms are cast in stone so to speak as don't personally believe in friends in business as much as Nick seems to do and wondering what VOY has to add to M3'S future progress now they've done their dosh and their shares are near worthless.

Agree and much happier with the option timetable addressed.

Know have been critical up to now but IMO VOY may well be beginning to come good for its holders which is very good news and quite the accomplishment after canna business's had such a tough time in the UK arena.

Thought it a concise and upbeat RNS too, Only concern seems to be the market itself-what with Starmer in power here and near war in the ME feels like blood on the streets time.

Had the nerve to buy a few (its what a Rothschild would do) but only a few.

Re financial backers, haven't seen this one rescinded since being RNS'd. Unless I've missed an update there just hasn't been a deal to finance yet.

Explains why S. Sudan would be taking them seriously imo.

MOU SIGNED REGARDING FUNDING

Wildcat has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with a third party that has expressed an interest to carry out due diligence on deals that Wildcat can source from Sudan. This third party will then decide whether or not to invest directly into a deal up to an amount of US$25 million. The party is also prepared to invest, following due diligence into other petroleum projects in other African countries which have been sourced by Wildcat. The MOU is not legally binding, can be terminated with 30 days notice and the investors are under no obligation to invest and the Company is under no obligation to take their investment."

Disagree.

Todays RNS merely updates on how a US co. is doing. It has no relevance to VOY holders except that its doing this utilizing a £500K loan on undisclosed terms given by Nick after VOY's placing.

Holders have no idea whether this deal will go through and history of VOY suggests it will fail at the last minute as has happened with big deals before.

Marketcap of VOY is quite rightly reflecting this. Hopefully its wrong and the deal will go ahead.

If/when an RNS comes out stating the deal is going through will gladly call that the most important that Voyager has issued. Til then agree with the market-wait and see.

management were engaged in talks with the South Sudanese Ministry of Petroleum in Juba.

The Company is happy to announce that a MOU was signed between Nilepet and Wildcat in respect

to the oil and gas assets PETRONAS relinquished on the 7th August (RNS 17/09/24).

These assets cover stakes in 6 producing oil Blocks.

The Company is happy to announce that it has the support of the relevant government departments

connected with the South Sudanese oil industry and looks forward to working closely with Nilepet.

Having that hurdle out the way will be quite the confidence booster for me think that'll be a biggie for the markets view on the co. too so waiting with anticipation.

Wouldn't mind if the 10p warrants came into play myself. Wouldn't these need 12-13p to make it viable to exercise those.

These managed a hgh of 18p on Aquis without an issue and on IG was simple to trade.

Think the issue has come not so much from the bourse as from the leader of the co.

When the market feels Jason's words can be taken seriously so will the stock imo whatever the exchange..

They were hit by covid so the abo's withdrew all permissions for anyone to work on their lands rendering the licences unviable, oil collapsed to $25 a barrel messing with revenue from their US ops, they'd closed their Aussie offices for lack of cash so were going to lose the licence.

The licence itself wasn't given at the time it was just "applied for"
