They're suggesting that the funds from these deals will be key to progressing their projects?

If so very good news imo as issuing equity seems the preferred route in most miners.

How honest is this Nick considered to be? only as Chairman of the US co (believe that's correct?) he's very well set up whether the RTO goes ahead or not. Take it he's on a decent wage himself over there so that if M3 Helium holders decide they don't want 57M MDH shares in exchange for their growing co. he can just shut ops here, apologize that M3 can't yet pay the loan back and move on.

Not saying he will just seems a real risk now and more so every time he delays the RTO for what appears to be quite spurious reasons?

Think Savannah's interesting too , but with them being suspended would have thought any positive sentiment they garner through news they give re S. Sudan can only be played out here (given these can actually be traded).

The co. has little money pre deal hence the occasional tiny raise but has $25M for acquisitions .

Agree. Its been noticed by the pi community now that they're producing dore not pure gold in their RNS's so presume we have to take 25-50% off the no's they report but all the same if they get an agreement on the 20th that's not too bad for holders then even 1K oz's/month of dore would be significant at this marketcap imho.

They've stated they'll give a trading update by year end so hopefully a chance for some no's then? Sounds like they'll have more contract news leading into it too so agree seems a decent enough hold imo

They seem to be moving quickly? Would be good to have an idea of the size of the contracts but does sound like there'll be plenty of newsflow going forwards now if they are closing deals in short order like this.

Reading between the lines all they really seem to be saying is negotiations have run on quite likely as they're now dealing with BG's administrators as well as BG itself. ie:

That's possible too as is with this being a traders market someone's seen another co. dead cheap they think is less risk and has jumped ship. Done that a few time myself, sometimes successfully sometime not.
