Only speculating but am wondering given Bluegolds business plan whether they're after a cheaper conversion price than the 3.25p they're currently stuck with as GRL does seem to fit their criteria for investing..

Original terms are interesting below imo given that GRL today RNS'd they were in "ongoing discussions" re "a potential variation and extension to the terms of the CLN."

Perhaps let them have shares at a lower price than the 3.25P originally stipulated for conversion?

End of day even if it was secured on any of the assets they likely wouldn't get their cash back imho so they seem to be in the same position as the rest of us. ie hoping GDR comes good.

Has to beat $2M for the final half imo and move from that small $25K ebitda loss into ebitda profit. More would be a distinct bonus but with the lack of contract news through the year am not expecting too much more.

Would love to see something come from these large orders but to be fair most interims/finals they claim there's large contracts to come and investors are still waiting.
