There's actually only £56K's worth of warrants to be exercised now at the lower 0.025p level so we could do with the sp lifting again to bring the rest into play.

And an even larger chunk at 0.07p. Hoping they're issued soon that'll be nigh on £30K in the co's coffers and do wonders for the sp. We'd have to be double this price for those to be exercised.

Haven't seen anyone contest Bothams no's for the warrants outstanding in his 26th Jun 2024 14:30 post so being inquisitive did some maths.

Feel free to factcheck but I made it the 3,263,157,894 total warrants left to issue will bring £172,293.23 Total cash being an average price of 0.0528p/warrant remaining which is what 30% higher than todays price?

Spods info sounds about right. These had a placing 13th july 23 where the warrants were set at .07 and the sp was quite a bit higher before that placing was rns'd so presume any other placings and warrants were higher level?

If its 2 billion left that's not 20% is it? I thought they had 13 billion already so 15 billion total with the warrants presuming they're all issued?

Would be good to know the cash the remaining warrants will bring in and would also be good (imho) to have a sizeable share consolidation now they've recognized there's been too much dilution in the past.

Only just going through the results but DHL Israel. Would that be part of the DHL worldwide group?

GRV's bitumen play has gone awry, they haven't got good enough quality rocks so the play is uncommercial from what I'm getting but the upshot is they're now planning to concentrate on the helium play. This is all they've got to rescue any hope of a recovery in their marketcap so they're all in.

Their sp has risen a smidgeon as the Aussies take it in. Have bought a few mys4elf as see it as an opportunity .

Still need to know the level the investor is paying re 20% at vwap. If its too big a discount then sp will fall to it imo. Of course if its not at discount the opposite applies.

GRV have performed poorly overnight, losing another 20% off their shareprice. Not sure why but with them being the operators needs watching. Don't see any issue with the seismic fundswise but be good to have it confirmed they'll be able to finance the drill.

Whats the point in royalties when they have no sales, have never had sales and likely never will?

Biggest question they have to answer is what's the subscription level? They've stated its a vwap investment but what's the discount to the shareprice of the period and how much dilution will it entail?
