Let’s hope they have a recording and / or follow up email. Immediate deletion of the software would cause issues with school registers so it won’t happen imv.

It's almost as if PE is looking to make an offer or a PE short is moving against them. If I were buying a software business, would I not check any licensing rights. Sorry AIM, expecting FTSE1 & FTSE2 to move up on Monday with Capita rising with the tide.GNA.

Clearly, more attempts to suppress the share price & spook investors especially following broker Shore Capital’s 50% upgrade. It will be interesting to see Capita’s response if there is any substance to this.

Upgrade by Shore Capital which is targeting 50% upside.

If they are consolidating & clearing office space as they sell off non-core businesses, the lease debt should begin dropping. Renewals of leases should be on more favourable terms as freeholders are keen to keep their spaces filled & generating revenue.

From the H1 update, pre IFRS debt was £166m & post IFRS debt which includes leases on buildings was £544m.

The reported revenue and profit before tax of the combined businesses for the year to 31 December 2022 were £31m and £4m respectively, and gross assets were £76m at 30 June 2023.

About £20m off debt.
