Could they afford a 0.5p dividend payable in two halves, so 0.25p now. That would equate to 2 x £4.2m or £8.5m/pa & give a yield of about 1.85% at 27p. That would be an incredible turnaround. Even half of that would send a clear message to the city & income / growth seekers.

I think the market is disappointed to see JL go, albeit with a long handover period. It's akin to David Cameron saying he would continue to lead the country if the UK voted for Brexit & then promptly resigned when it did. Having said that, it seems Adolfo will sharpen up the IT element that so badly let Capita down & with his connections with AWS there could be a greater focus on IT systems & security. The £20m set aside from the hacking incident will, in part, be used to strengthen IT services. Lessons, as usual, will have been learnt. I don't expect dividends until significant FCF but as long as the recovery trajectory is on course, I'll be satisfied.
