RE: Consistent Buys, do why the fall?25 Aug 2023 14:44
Labour would still have a duty to mange public finances effectively & CPI's stated employment policies are progressive. It might come across as woke but Labour will lap it up.
"Our systems, policies and processes are set up to identify any potential instances of exploitation and, if found, to eradicate this from our business and supply chain. We want everyone who works for us to benefit from a working environment in which their human rights are respected. Anyone we do business with must also uphold these principles."
"In addition to our supply chain, we also recognise that there are risks in relation to modern slavery and human trafficking outside of our core stakeholder groups which is why we work closely with other partners such as recruitment agencies and trade unions."
"We want to work with suppliers who share our values as we, in turn, treat them fairly and pay promptly. Weβre committed to supporting more small and medium-sized businesses, and to increasing supply chain diversity and resilience. We benchmark ourselves against external indices and were the first business to be accredited by the Good Business Charter in 2020."
