I'm as confident as the moon is made of green cheese that the dividend will be honoured but I do not expect an RNS until October latest & once Q3 figures are confirmed (if not published) & the Capital Reduction has been approved by the Courts. The divi may be paid in October or November but you know what this lot are like. If it's paid in October that will be four months since the last dividend payment was made in June. Thanks Traffigura for showing due diligence and keeping the house in order.

BOE may decide on a small 25 basis point ( 1/4%) increase or even none at all. Mortgage companies are offering lower rates now too.

AECO weakness.

Waiting on court approval for Capital Reduction.

Unclear where & when surplus of new loan facility is going to be deployed.

Concerns of additional capital raise by rights issue at unknown price.

No confirmation of next dividend payment.

Merger or acquisition ?

As usual, we are all in the dark.

The tax payer (via the Government) will have to bail them out. They cannot, not provide essential services.

Perhaps they are starting to accumulate. They don't want it made obvious. This share could jump up 5% in a second. Keep the negative rhetoric & start buying. If your'e buying a house you don't tell the vendor what a wonderful place it is. You start trying to find the rising damp, subsidence & dodgy electrics.

Could be as simple as FTSE250 funds having to offload. Other funds will buy in. Perhaps 16.25p is the bottom.
