I think timing wise , there has to be some revelations on what’s to come as far as our destiny is concerned one way or the other. It clearly isn’t the right time to do it when there are background negotiations no don’t continuing. Amongst more than just the two parties imho.

Hi Bamps. I’m aware of that as we are sitting some 45 km away as it is with Hav and Scally . In Ozzie territory that’s not a huge distance as compared to us over here and our views on proximity.

Shaun would I’m sure have no qualms about creating our own processing plant if needs be if there are more funds in the Paterson and if there are definitive strikes worth pursuing.

Putting consolidation at a possible 10:1 aside for the moment ( cos I’ll definitely reach my £1 that way lol!) I think some context is required for some clearly .

If Hav reached the peaks of 20 m plus oz and is ours at 30% or a takeout even I think we can comfortably reach anything between 30-45 p in due course if good continue to reach heights over $2000 and if over 3 then you can add to that.

If we acquire all of Hav you can more than double that given a low AISC albeit we will have greater capex the more we become operators not just explorers.

My £1 if it happens in maybe 5 plus years will only come about if our surrounding tenements like Scally and rudall discover 5 m plus oz strikes and there’s every chance they could in elephant country.

Kevin the MD and existing chair are of course paid well as one would expect.

The new board members are not paid handsomely and won’t get rewarded handsomely until they reach a higher SP level for us and for themselves via options that bring monies into the company coffers also.

That was my point. They win. We win.

The board is NOT paid handsomely. Yet ! They need to earn their rewards.

When they do. We will too.

We will all have reflected overnight, ( at lease those of us on here that are actually invested !!) on yesterdays events .

The fundamentals are stronger than ever and the foundation iron clad with expertise in place , a savvy leader with ambition at the helm and opportunities potentially all over the Paterson where GGP as it is now appear to be accumulating. Elephant country.

We wouldn’t have got here without Callum and Gervaise but we would have gone no further without a more experienced team imho , and with ambition comes risk and reward and often a combination of the two. Hence the rollercoaster.

Whoever said Rome wasn’t built in a day was right. But remember the ‘risk’ is yours to take or not. Just decide and then then wait for next steps which are imminent.

No one said it would be easy. That’s risk for you. But I still believe there’s a bigger reason awaiting us and of course we all want it to be positive for pi’s as well as instos.

The circle of steel heavy hitters are not recommended at all highly in salary terms as confirmed by Shaun on meeting him.

Their options kick in at 11.8 pence per share and if they take them up from memory that would also bring some £ or $28 m ( I forget which ) into GGP s coffers.

In other words they have to bring in business and a value proposition to earn any kind of decent crust out of us.

So there’s a reason they’re here and I’m counting on it being a big one !

Not sure what exactly yet until the details of where we stand with newmont becomes public.

But I’m keenly watching this space!

They are not here for mere peanuts or boredom. You can be sure of that !

Therein lies both a question and a potential answer Intraday.....ie why indeed has he gone to the touble of assembling a world-class team around him if only for 30% of one asset that is known to be worth something, etc etc?
