Been reading a few days posts & catching up , in addition to my own two penniorth of reading in between directly reasearched and informed lines as well as asking key players in the company question s directly as it is my right to.

Sisu I’d like to think your comments re the Aussie side of events is accurate and that there’s a buzz around us , with ASX being our vehicle to new insto investment. I also take on board that NEM will know as much as there is to know re the deposit we have to date.

I maintain that if it not however market exposed news , then this reflects in our current lowly SP , and remember this is what the market sees. Therefore it may still be advantageous to SDs strategic advantage.

That aside I also agree with Jerry that there’s no smoke without fire ; the rumours are hotting up and SD is on a mission to bring us news other than simply the ASX & MRE. He’s made no bones about accretive acquisitions. I hope it’s Telfer & Hav and that we make our place in the Paterson as a mid tier miner with our own mill. We shall see.

GLA! Can’t be too long to wait for any confirmation s soon. Shaun must be frustrated with the delays. As are we.

Your thoughts on background activities are almost certainly shared by a few of us no doubt but also I believe the relative quietness currently plus delays ( perhaps simply enforced by merger action etc ) are indicative of more surprise positive mines to yet be known by us.

The MRE is clearly being dealt with and I’m pretty sure prepared for . NEM have other bigger fish to attend to and SD always seems to make things advantageous to us longer term.

He has also made no bones about his ambitions based on 3 pillars. Hav. Growth. Organic and inorganic. Growth and the drill bit growth. Note the term ‘growth ‘

The merger activities also in my view perhaps enable other ‘surprise ‘ and unanticipated mines to our advantage like the Rio jv. I didn’t see that coming. Did you ?

Those are my thoughts. We’ll have to wait & see but I believe he’ll pull something new off.

I’m waiting and hope I’m right.

His MO is growth. To my mind that means he’ll look for new angles all the time Newcrest are busy merging with Newmont.

Let’s hope it’s win win.

We have all , those who correspond, had various responses from Shaun on just the things he can tell us ,with some of us reading further thoughts into current perceived activities or silences or updates from him. .

There will be reasons for silence and my own view is that Shaun will soon announce more than the ASX timing along with background work on what should be a positive MRE.

Keep in mind that this MRE must be realistic so don’t get overexcited by a tempered one when released. However , I’d far rather SD did the due diligence in this instance as Newcrest are rather too conservative.

I cannot think that we’ll be disappointed with background progress and maybe even a surprise or two to be announced soon.

Watching & waiting. Nothing would surprise me. I think Shaun means business with whatever angle he is thrown in this complex mix of current going’s on.

My own views are still as before , that the ASX will run true to Sept quarter timing. That there are other activities going on in the background ( positive)

Merger activities are taking over pretty much everything.

I continue to believe it will end up with activities that benefit us longer term.

I’m still of the mind that Shaun is negotiating quietly in the background more accretive moves as well as the ASX.

I am hoping so. In which case none of this current malaise matters in the longer term .

I'm afraid I don't buy into the shorting theories here though respect others views.

I just think we are in a mid curve low where there is no income or revenues and a lot of speculative prospecting albeit in elephant country.

The potentials for each of Shaun's 3 pillars towards growth are MASSIVE with a capital M ...it is a transition period however for the big boys and girls at NEM and NCM so we are currently left in the shade until bigger decisions are made or another strike comes along.

Sentiment is also dire atm imo , so it's wait and watch and expect our board and leaders to do what we all think they will....ie maximise on whatever cards they are dealt post decisions and go for what they can now with their own authority.

Have to say … think we’re all looking forward to SD putting a few matters straight!

- will we be taken out ?

- will we be left behind ?

-Are we buying Telfer/ Hav?

- will there be an accretive or dilutive raise pre ASX ?

etc etc !

- will there be a highly progressed MRE in August ?

- when will the DFS definitely be published along with a new mining plan ?

We will find out in due course but until these questions are nd we’re I expect this board to continue bickering panicking spreading fud and passing time !

Can’t wait for some answers to the above.

Well…where to start with Shaun’s presentation!?

He’s come a long way with this slick polished précis of our assets and progress in two short years !

If he’s a shyster who has decimated the SP purposefully then I’ll eat my Panama.

Imho he comes across as a genuine hard working doer and his achievements are all listed here. Bang bang bang bosh !,

We’ve covered them all a gazillion times but stand outs are :

- 86% conversion rates

- sheer high grade of ore

-SLOS to start with but potentially bulk mining for major extraction

- SE Crescent to fund with hi grade to optimise cost base

- capital efficiency

- super team in place

- Rio Newmont networks known well to SD

- opportunities in elephant country

- advanced geophysics aiming discoveries

-WE RE IN DEVELOPMENT ALREADY with a world class asset

And the list goes on.

Slick. Super powered and future based success.

Long term I agree … but what a find !

Bring it home Shaun. If you’re play acting then I’m a fool. But if you’re really going to make this your finest moment then I’m all in !

Good question 96 …& we are all awaiting the verdict ! Personally I’m not expecting Newcrest to suddenly about face and drop a spectacular MRE update given their nature and tactical approach this far. However , one hopes it’s a fair one and at 8.5-10 m oz estimate.

The market …. And us all ….wait !

Something mind blowing has to happen soon as I fear it’s only spectacular news that will us short term.

Longer term ( and I’m talking a 3-5 year window ) … if Shaun delivers on his personal and professional mission … all bets are off !

So my good friends Paddy ,Bamps , Jerry & Hydro have invested time , research ,facts & research to unearth info to look ahead to with optimism.

- Paterson being peppered with new holes - Paddy & Bamps

- Newmont have us in their high profile mix currently -Jerry

- Jupiters Ned buying another 17 m- Hydro

Despite this lowly SP currently I believe the background action is moving at speed but according to restrictions placed by due diligence / red tape/ merger activities / jv alignment & Shaun's emotional intelligence to play the game / and opportunities awaiting dependent on merger outcomes. It’s all to play for and possibly already being played.

What is Shaun doing do we think ?

Well my thoughts look like this :

- he’ll come over when the listing is ready to rock & not before he can announce it ! ( common sense

- he’s keeping us informed via our Liam on our behalf on fundamentals he is enabled to share only ( common sense !)

- he’s enabling the future investment of the highly topical pro ESG companies by dotting & crossing our own green abilities i’s and t’s to secure new funding / investment

- Havieron continues to be dug up and still without edges

- our ever growing new tenements of golden hope are being regimentally drilled in a cost measured orderly fashion to secure. Future wholly owned strike ( all is crossed !)

- he has intimated the DTM Hav was a long past decision already informally made but underlined soon enough.

- displaying cool to ensure alignment with some pretty powerful top mining players. Newmont. Newcrest. Rio. (We’re playing with the big boys whilst growing ourselves from junior to potential mid major looking ahead !)

It is indeed exciting that the drilling campaign is gaining momentum and I am very encouraged personally by SDs quiet confidence in the Rio jv !

I believe somethings afoot. He wasn’t quite so quiet in calling it ‘more like Havieron than Havieron ‘!

This caught my eye ! Is it simply enthusiastic bravado …. Or is there more to it !

It’s all in the drill - bit now. We shall see.

But Shaun’s quietness of late , the ASX to come ;the plethora of media interest in our little company , and the super circle of steel around Shaun ,begs more than indifference to our growing might !

It’s a painful journey of late but I remain very optimistic that good news still to come ! Haven’t sold a one. Just waiting and watching.
