My expectations run across varied points :

- if we get 8 m then that’s the minimum Imv

- 9 -9.5 m would be good , and given SD has said expections around a 50 % reserve inc given two years growth etc is feasible

- 10plus m and I’d say that’s fantastic and I would hope my friend and LTH Tig would be doing a Tig- Gig around the town hall meet if announced :-)

There’s a long way to go to my target yet !

SD may be a newish MD from previous roles as CFO but he understands numbers plus he was a party to huge growth , as such , as part of the NS leadership team.

He’s also probing to be a savvy MD and master chess player thwarting obstacles with prowess and nerves of steel imho.

In my experience in the corporate world , if someone sets a high bar and a goal at this level and have the time energy and stamina with nerves of steel on top to go for it ; they will keep trying till they get there , rollercoasters n all.

He wants to build a multi billion multi asset Co. I say watch this space …. And if we get taken out before then I’d rather he we’re negotiating it than most other weaker folk at the helm.

In our case , thanks to his efforts , we don’t just have one leader : we have several. Thank Christ for that in this mucky game !

Talking of Wyloo and their warrants ( potentially upcoming to add millions to our coffers if exercised at 10 p )does anyone recall the share talk article which ostensibly quoted the CEO of Wyloo saying this ( could still develop into a Tier 1 according to him). :

Are we there yet or have I missed it?

I remember ,a few years ago, when visiting friends in Portland Oregon ( deadly dull ) they took me on flying few days visit to Reno ( the smaller shabbier version of the Vegas strip !). Not being an accomplished or willing gambler , at the time , I grabbed a small bucket on offer for coins for the slot machines and a slightly larger bucket for my chips ( for black jack don't you know ..) !

Anyway, my friends left me to it, as it was an adventure navigating the shiny slot machines on offer and the James Bond style black- jack tables surrounded by people carrying wads of dollar bills and chips piled high !

Plied with free booze and platters of USAs finest crappy snacks , I recall day was night ( when we slept ) and night became day as we all frittered away our bucket loads on a juicy ( this has to be it !!) gamble all night long .

My friends always knew where I was. I'm exhuberant when winning you see cos I yelled yaaaay( when winning ) but whoahhhh sadly when losing. I was easy to find if they lost me amidst the glittery machines and the Green baize of the gaming tables ... ( btw there were more amounts of whoahhhs a than yaaays at the time....obviously ... it's a casino right?!! !)

Anyway , here in the land of AIM .... again I find myself surrounded with shiny things. Dollar a dime companies with the odd growing miracle made up of dirt mainly but maybe with some shiny stuff inside it. Is this the miracle ? A tiny company with a savvy MD and a brown up BOD made up of previous winners ! These aren't gamblers are they. They hate to lose !

So I'm hoping for a big yaaay at the end of this one. It didn't look much of a winner when I bought it. I just like gold and it had been a while since entering a casino. And boy, is AIM one big casino! But as time goes on this looks more and more like a winning streak.

Let's hope that in GGPs case both the house and its shareholders all win win !

So what is driving the slow but sure uplift?

- Is it POG...hasn't had that much effect of late from memory

-Is it shorts closing...jury out on this one for me

-Is it takeover climb....not imo at the moment cos we's be going up in multiples of pennies not fractions

-Is it sentiment shifting.....could be partly as listening to a podcast today with Alistair MacLeod we are due a lift!

-Is it geopolitics plus POG plus shorts closing....possibly

-Is there something going on in the background we don't yet know about?.....hope so!!

I'll agree with you when we have passed the 20p mark...however looks like there's some momentum here and Nov 6th looms..perhaps change is afoot!

So there’s a lot of the usual stuff in the Sunday Roast podcast , which as usual was good content ,well expedited by the laidback style of the presenters ; but highlights for me were the underlining by Shaun ( who is clearly in the know as much as he can be , and the lead in this company ) of two key statements.

1.When asked of the future , could he see his grandkids still seeing the spoils of this mine in the future ( my interpretation) : he said yes he could see that potentially.

2. The other key point is that he’s still wanting wishing working towards a multibillion multi asset company !( again my words )

Those two points alone make this super - exciting to look ahead to if he gets his way , and my experience of him this far is that he’s a ‘doer’ not just a talker and he’s ambitious! .

So …. I’m looking ahead and looking forward to being bored again at 12 p ( whilst waiting for the next uplift !)

And yet we sit at 7.45 pennies !

If there’s a takeout or even a whiff of it …. I suspect we’d be moving way quicker than this. No sign of a runaway uplift just yet ….. is there ? When there is …. We’ll know somethings happening.

Not here to be mothballed IMHO. A pretty pricey & powerful pack to hold onto for peanuts! Except that they are NOT getting paid an awful lot as we know.....but being rewards and incentivised on KPIs ; so performance power....what does that tell you? Tells me there's more to this than being simply mothballed. Guess we will find out soon enough!
