RE: Bor will be bought out18 Nov 2022 10:32
When you think how hard it is to find oil and gas, with all these oil companies drilling dud wells around the world, Borders hit 462 million barrels with the first drill in an unknown basin. Now call me cynical but, if it was Guyana we know that all the majors would have come flocking to get a piece of the action, however, the Falklands for whatever reason has just been ignored. There is half a billion barrels recoverable of light condensate and liquid petroleum gas that is high grade with no impurities. Not your sour or heavy crude that is expensive to refine. So while these oil companies are drilling dusters all over the world, there's this valuable discovery right under their noses ready to go, in an unexplored basin that's probably got a further 2 or 3 billion barrels and likely up to 10 billion barrels. What's the blocker?? Is it our Board? Is it the location? the Capex? Argentina? the oil price? Answer to all of those has to be no. Rockhopper have Navitas. I can only think our time is coming and the wait will be over. The dollars are just too big to ignore.
