So in the last 4 weeks the close price has been in a very tight range 115-124. The candlestick men among us can correct me here but when those blocks on the candles get ever smaller it usually signals a reversal is coming if i'm not mistaken!

LG, There is no profit to be made on a RI. Only worth visiting after the devastation is over! TUI will dip further. Lots of overhang to be dumped yet!

LG i doubt anyone invested in that dog would feel better off than us on NEX. It's like NEX dropping to 40p. The B/E point for anyone invested pre rights was @ £9 ( The TERP) it's been hammered. RI issues are always a bloodbath. Mind i'll be looking to buy a few TUI soon if it drops lower. Entry target for me of £4.50 on that one.

The directors incentive plan here is based on certain KPIs. Improved FCF; improved ROCE & a couple of others. It's in the report that WT attached yesterday!

Guys, i used to work for BT many years ago. They had a staff share plan for all staff. Everyone got a few free shares each year. They also had a Share save scheme , where you could put a certain %age of your salary in each month & it was held in a Halifax share save account. You could opt for a 3 or 5 year plan & you were give a future option price. At he end of the 3 or 5 year period you could use the lump sum accumulated over that period to buy shares at the option price or you could just take the saved amount. This is how most incentive schemes operate. At the director levels it's just bigger numbers!

Noone is 'obligated' to buy shares. It is a free market (allegedly anyway)

Wood was 365 when NEX was 330. Same gig with lots of shares!

JG, not sure if you were here in 2020 but i can't help getting a feeling of deja vu. SP behaviour wise. The difference now is the drop is unwarranted!

Personally, the more this seems to be getting held down the more i feel a bid of some description could be brewing here.A few have mentioned on here how other shares with far more issues are moving away from the lows whiles NEX with all positive updates seems to just be stagnant. Something going on for sure!

Well, i'm sure they'll have had silly approaches at those types of price levels which they won't obviously entertain. I think Wood said they'd had a few approaches before they dropped the RNS!
