you got in here at similar time to me Noggers & we've watched it trolley down from 150s to 112. I was a bit mystified by all those daily drops but i'm fairly confident that the lows are now gone & it seems to be consolidating at these levels. Lull before the storm up we hope LOL

Noggers, true, never say never but what i like about the company is they seem to have taken all possible due diligence measures & are well diversified to withstand the storms. There are lots of companies out there, in all sectors unfortunately which i feel have not. From a NEX perspective this will present an opportunity for expansion in the future. I feel more & more that i may well hold this stock for a long time rather than looking for a mid term profit. Have to view it at the relevant time i suppose & what other investments may be available.

Noggers, no chance of this going to the wall. Revenues nearly all protected; huge liquidity in the company. This is very different to airline stocks!

you bought them at 117 'full of optimism' & sold them couple weeks max later for 120 'filled with fear on no news other than positive interim results from a large competitor. Utter BS, you've never bought any of these shares!

JG why look again if it goes to 100 if it's on a downward spiral. Surely best avoided altogether. In the unlikely event you bought at 100p, what price would you be looking to sell at?

Ian B good logical thoughts. I always like f17dge's comments too. No real ramping or deramping. The SP is what it is & will be what it will be! If people think the share is rubbish, don't buy or sell what you have. If you think it's good buy & await your just rewards. Very simple concepts. If you want a quick 30-50% profit there are other shares out there, but the downside risk is huge too. Very little downside here at these prices! ATB to all genuine investors. Derampers we see through you all LOL

JG, so did you sell it then? haven't bought it yet i think. Pure deramp this. If you bought at 117, you could only have bought in last 2 weeks. No huge difference in the news & SP now in the 120s. If now you 'are filled with fear', by a rise in your share's value i would suggest putting your money in a current account!

Prussell, rest assured that no comments on here or any single share BB will move any SP by even the tiniest of margins!

SE, i don't really think much manipulation going on here ATM (& believe me i seen it big on some shares) i expect these rises then dips are more about day traders taking profits. Most of us investing our cash in here know that this share is way undervalued. The market doesn't as there's no CEO telling them otherwise. That will change in time as will the corresponding SP. It's not a popular sector in an overall bear market but this share is holding fairly stable. FGP's results are a great precursor to NEX's in October when if think the SP will rather different from today's!

People need to sit back & chill about this share, safe in the knowledge you have a sure fire goldmine of an investment. Look at the chart from 1992.After flotation Pre C19 the current price was only hit in March 2009 due to global financial crisis. For the best part of 27 years the shares has been between 200-600p. History will repeat itself when the covid stuff subsides. just be patient. I look at other shares regularly & i know some of you on here have investments elsewhere too. Nothing stands out currently as a better investment than here in risk/reward terms. The markets are crap at the moment. this is cyclical, the mood will change in time, it always does. Keep the faith!!

That FGP report makes very pleasing reading as a NEX holder. What i expected & will expect on a grander scale when NEX release their report. Uptick in demand, secure finances etc. FGP more exposed to rail which NEX largely are out of now & is a bit of a white elephant. No exposure to Spain/Morocco, so our results there will be interesting. I think having Cosmen on the BoD is a huge advantage there. Will we have 2 greens in a row? long time since that happened. I notice all the sub 100 derampers now vanished LOL

OK, but on Hammerson's RI i think the nil paid rights are being openly traded. what you say makes sense to me though, cheers!

i agree with what you're saying as it seems like a complete no brainer but just wondering who buys them then!
