The one word 'Delay' seems to have catastrophic short-term consequences for Aim stocks. Also, the crazy ideas purporting to a complete scam are now circulating. Doesn't take much to completely change investor sentiment. Anyway, didn't take much to get my average down to below 12p so I have. Delays over, please.

Total pile-up more like. Now this is the sort of time I'm glad I'm small fry and am only losing two thirds of a little. Would like to average down but ain't got no dosh at the moment. R - Re. Wow, those figures of the receivables v the Market Cap are incredible. We've just got in more than our Mkt.Cap and hope to do so again before Mar 31st. - re-rate? One day, if we're still going, which I think we're now in a better position than ever to be TO keep going.

Some more details on the terrible 'receivables'. Not a great RNS although the new production looks good. Have basically come clean on a lot of things and perhaps the market may appreciate this after the initial downturn I expect today.

I suppose most people will probably feel the same about the presentation as TW expresses. Ivan -honest chap but with fairly poor presentation skills. It almost makes one wonder how they talked Merico into going with them for these contracts. Anyway, to top up or to hold. Hold for me. Hi there! It was good to see the presentation by Ivan on ShareProphets - he spelt out where we're at and where we might be going soon. However, we're really at the mercy of Merico and how good they are at selling it appears. We don't have any way of generating business on our own yet so....just got to wait and hope these initial contracts work out. Unfortunate about the 'delay' and we all got in too early it seems.

32m shares disposed of by someone yesterday @ only 0.15p - expect a Holdings RNS as this is about 2% -3% I think. Still holding this share originally for Bruce Rowan to make a move. Nothing has happened on this idea for 2 years+.

Wait for your 4.1p by the end of Feb(by cheque!) and then hold the shares until further notice. I reckon there just might be a little further payout near Xmas - just a hunch. Otherwise try selling them for something on this 'matched facility' - be interesting to know if one can get more than zero on this facility. Anyway, if there is any news, I suppose the only logical place to discuss soon will be on LRL.

Ivan is very 'open and honest' in his presentation to ShareProphets and it looks, unfortunately, we're at other people's mercy with regarding this £300k(mainly it's timing - think it should still happen) plus how future business takes off. Sounds like you're either a chartist, a long-termer or both. You probably know more than me.

It's all already out there. Check out the last RNS and the ShareProphets video - link below @ Sun 13:43. Nothing to come from company until they get some more on their contracts. Looks like sit and wait to me, though perhaps a bit more drifting yet to come, unfortunately.

Up and up we go with these loan note conversions. Merico it is then NOT Americo. The Merico website mentions Principal Protection Plan so that confirms it - not much of a website though (I'm afraid I've seen some scam sites in my time and that looks very similar - hope not) Perhaps 700m trade might help but it was Tuesday.

Personally think today's fall overdone, but I would wouldn't I? The predicted revenue fell from $9m down to $7.5m but everything depends now on the new SmartWall product. By all accounts this is taking off and the next update/results will be very important to get out of this rut. They raised $4.5m late Nov/early Dec so not a desperate situation..........yet?

£660.16 - that is the Total value of Sells this week, including the massive £10.16 for today but that has been enough to take 23% off the sp this week. Strange. My email has gone off to Rashida too - she's a busy lady. Disco - serious holding. Dan - thanks for email address.

I'd like to give Rashida a nudge too, do you have her email address? It is obvious to me that misconceptions on the delisting are quite a concern.

Got a few more @ 4.25p - ridiculous price based on nothing really - only things I can think of are continued worry about receivables and misunderstanding of latest massive Bond Issue with all the ramifications of delisting from Aim one day and Bond default conditions, which are only likely to come into force if the company cannot get this 'liquidity event' scheduled in the next 3 years.
