It IS AML. If you read the first paragraph slowly it refers to 'the company' and this in the title of the RNS IS AML. "have today been appointed as joint administrators of the Company and of its subsidiary African Minerals Engineering Limited."

Can still see the 'email' on Advfn and saw it here when M4 posted earlier. Looks genuine to me and doesn't say anything definite, in fact specifically said just talking to Piri and others. May have been slightly naive communication from a company not yet listed. Looks hopeful on here(again) and I've doubled up my small holding today on the off-chance.

Does that possibly mean we might see a little value to our shares?

Could you try re-posting that 'Link Removed'. People do often have trouble publishing links but I find if you simply copy the line at the top of that page(whatever that's called, I can't remember) and paste it here, there's no probs. Pre-tax profits of £1.4m were meant to be in-line with expectations. Were they not? Townfan - got any other good stocks besides SBS?any Aim?

R - Well I'm stuck here really until sales take off a bit more for 'SmartWall'. They should recover and, as usual with results, most of this info was already out there. Outlook doesn't look bad for recovery. MOS - yeah, where are all my meaningful posts from years ago - lol. I'll ask Admin.

Agree, company appears to be doing very well on all fronts. Personally I think this company would generate more interest on Aim but being on the main market it seems not many punters ever see the stock. Unless one is au fait with it and looking out for it, it just goes by the board and no-one notices. Mostly selling I see today probably because there is no fantastic headline news nor any sign of a divi. Whether N+1 Singer, our broker, with it's 'Corporate' recommendation which was reiterated today will do any good - unfortunately, I doubt it. Looks like back to the bottom drawer until another set of good interims(hopefully, presumably) in May. I've just emailed N+1 Singer to explain their rating. GL

Look like some good figures to me and I note for the future : "Further recent expansion of the Minimise Energy order book indicates that sales in the second half will be significantly higher than in the first half year of the year." No longer a one-trick (Morrisons) pony.

Agree, well written. Sales down 1.9% which is better than company guidance of down 2%. They will always be a good quality business but don't think these figures will do much either way to the current sp IMO.

You called the Results quite accurately, they look good to me. Had first outing of the year last week - see you soon.

but no reason to assume anything because of the drop. The last statement by mgmt said : "The Directors remain confident that Goldplat is on track to report an operating profit for FY 2015." So, nothing shabby in that, could get a decent re-rate if they can live up to that statement, especially if the Pog could go up above $1200 an oz again.

Ommmm! Still meditating on what to do where to invest. Looks like we should get $750,000 so we still could get something started. Personally, I'd prefer them to give up and give what's left to shareholders even though that wouldn't be much. Anyone remember Crater Mountain that we disposed of our interest to Gold Anomaly? They've now become Crater Gold and seem poised to get gold out of that there mountain - Fraser said it was rubbish and think we got $200,000 or so for our bit - bad business it looks like, as they appear to be flourishing.

"Source BioScience will announce preliminary results for the year ended 31 December 2014 in the second half of March 2015." So, it will be after the 15th of March (the Ides). Anyway, they are expected to be 'in line with expectations' which is a pity, was hoping for stupendous profits way beyond those known to man, but must have been dreaming. Certainly Henderson and Oryx seem to like us.

I contacted Admin about how/when/if this LSE Board might be stopped or if it could be extended at our request if delisting occurred. I've contacted LSE to see if they will keep this Board open after, presumably, in one month's time, without a Nomad, we are de-listed from Aim. Will let people know what Admin reply. If FT or any Directors have disposed of shareholdings and not declared them, that would be the clearest breach of rules to date. I doubt it has happened.

That makes 3 of us with John H.- I've only got a CFD on AMI. My broker IG tells me I am not a shareholder as I only took out a contract for the difference in the share price from start to finish of this deal. He did assure me a few days ago that of course if shareholders were offered a buyout price, that I would get that but as we now know that is unlikely.
