That sort of sums it up but I wouldn't say it's all over IMO. We were going to be kicked off Aim soon anyway weren't we, so just doing it ourselves. The company, if it can't find a suitable investment will return whatever cash is left to shareholders - that looks quite likely IMO.

Today we've made a significant announcement of expansion. Hopefully the market will appreciate this move for which we appear to need no dilution, just using our shekels!

Next predictable RNS will be late May when the Interims are released which is the 6-months to 28th February. I'm not expecting anything until then unless there is contract news. So why has this share come down from about 50p twelve months ago and where is it going in the near future? Reading back through all the news released in the last twelve months, the company seems much stronger, more diverse, and much more 'matured' in it's businesses. So what's bringing us down and are we going to come back? Perhaps it's just a lot to do with the complete malaise affecting Aim but perhaps APC has not grown at the rate hoped for. What else is wrong? We appear to have a good financial situation post our placings and the business seems to be growing and Green Compliance is holding it's own and providing leads for the other parts of our business. For about 18 months we stayed around these current levels from Jun '10 - Feb '12 when our business was in it's infancy. Surely we won't be at these levels for long, or will we? Looks to me that we have a great business developing still and we have lots of different environmentally-friendly arrows in our armoury. Got to stick with it. Got nothing I can hold against the mgmt.

I can see using fool.co.uk historical prices, indeed APC closed on 9/1/13 @ 15.25p and opened the next day @ 16.5p and I see looking through RNS's this coincided with an RNS of Contract Win on the 10th Jan 2013. How can that gap that occurred over 2 years ago have any relevance today? How did you spot it? Would appreciate your informed thoughts.

Jan 2013 we were last at these levels. Were you predicting a gap down based on charts from winter 2012/2013? I would be grateful for a brief outline of gap spotting, up or down.

This RNS reads very, very good. Receivables - coming in - would you Adam and Eve it. Working Capital facility - 'ensuring that we continue to grow the business at a rapid pace.' ------------------------------------------------------------ Now we might start motoring again. Libero - got on well with the Zulu principle. Got it from my library but couldn't fully digest before the next guy had ordered it so will reserve and study again. The actual principle is learn as much as you can about your investments (the author's wife studied Zulus and became an expert in no time compared to everyone else) and don't get too diversified that you can't be an expert on a lot of them. (He suggests about 10 - 12 investments whereas I've got about 35 I think!).

Reckon you have a cracking average there. Just have a bit of patience, don't think there's anything wrong with this company although the integration with Green Compliance is debatable. 30p? More like back up to 50p+ in a year or two. GL

Got my divi last week Apr 8th - makes a distinct change to most of Aim. Would really like this share to go private and buy us all out. If they offered 5p, Jolly, they simply wouldn't succeed in getting all the stock. The stock is very illiquid with a tiny average volume of about £2300 traded per day in the last year. To me it would make sense to call it in and cut out so much red tape and reduced regulatory and reporting requirements. I'm so loath to hold this stock for years, pocket a few divi's including a Special, see the company come back to it's feet after the financial crisis and yet pretty well leave with nothing more than I started.

It has happened, slipped back, and now progressing again nicely and just broken the £4 barrier. Annual Report out today reads well and Japan has recovered well these last few years buoyed again even stronger after their tsunami.

Good set of optimistic results. Hopefully the LOGP situation has already been built into our sp. See they have issued an RNS reviewing themselves today. If we get a broker note with a new decent sp target, we might progress, otherwise...?

So much so I reckon we might get a Holdings alert shortly. 3% is about 3.5m so won't get one for a while if someone is building from scratch, but if they are topping up....... Good RNS today and faith in the company is being restored.
