Not sure where I think it'll go but found this article about Preventia who are indeed under Terence Ramsden : http://www.hotstocked.com/article/36812/the-promotional-campaign-behind-preventia-inc.html The 'video' touted is just promoting a stock picking tool, so no need to watch that but the article does seem to indicate Preventia are rubbish. Anyway, will be looking in at this stock next week from the outside. GL all inside. Those of us who've sold are all pretty gutted too as we've lost 50%+ in most cases.

Good find of earlier association with Ramsden. Anyway, pretty well case closed for me except more losses to report to the taxman at the end of this tax year. If I ever reap a profit I will have thousands to offset against it for CGT purposes over and above my allowance. Well he IS often wrong that's true and perhaps he is now but I've always had a funny feeling about this 'business' - seems like a strange business. TW has simply picked up on this Ramsden fraudster involvement. I think the 2nd RNS today didn't do any favours confirming a ridiculously long delay. How long does Due diligence take these days. Was just imagining if I was doing due dili. on Santa Claus say. I'd write to him and if nothing came back or no presnt through the chimney in about 4 weeks I'd give up on him. That sounds very smug. There were a lot of surprises here, the biggest being Tom W. declaring the Canadian people are linked to a known fraudster and he thinks the whole $300k contracts are a complete con and will never materialise. If today had just been about the Nomad Cairn I could agree with you but it seems a lot more than that.

You've got your Free Float figures the wrong way round I think. Total share = 56m Free Float = 34m or percentage 60.7% - still that's not a massive lot if free float. Notice the results are now brought forward to next Wed. Good prospects for the company but will the Annuals be good?

It's the way these RNS's are written. The Nomad always make them put 'If a replacement Nominated Adviser is not ....Aim will be cancelled' - so if you can only just read and have absolutely no more brain cells spare, that's it, you're off. In this particular instance we have the added security of Cairn not going until May 1st as well.

Spike - indeed Beaufort did finish their Broker note with "We believe Caza is likely to become a prominent energy player given its strong and diversified asset base and substantial funding facility." I think they've just put on those last phrases of the 'asset base' and 'diversified funding' to make the article sound more researched and professional than it is. They probably rush dozens of these out each week and finish a lot of the resource stocks with these phrases. Anyway, still Hold(ing) on for dear God and perhaps for a bounce which is not a dead-cat one.
