Have been reading back through a month or so posts an here and your have been very informative, thanks. I now understand where we are intending to go with the new graphite mine which seems to be the business we know. Think a lot of people have been put off with the complicities of the BSM deal but it's not that hard just isn't all cash up front like everyone would understand. I see there are doubts as to how much our 2.5% net smelter is going to be worth annually, i.s. how fast Bass are going to develop/produce. They sound from their RNS's that they are gearing up. The Bass share price and indeed the Aus$/GBP are both moving in our favour I think. Feel this is a good trade for August and/or a good investment for this year. Notice you keep quoting @TopTradersADVFN who seems a very active trader with a lot of followers. I tweet to him occasionally and he seems very on the ball with, perhaps, too many stocks/ideas. Are you on Twitter? Feel pretty strongly now that we have : a direction, a big event just about to happen, good communicative management, and cash. Sounds a good combination to me. Hope to get more Monday under 1.7p.

Been thinking about what you said. I'm only going to exercise the warrants when I want to sell the resulting shares and my existing shares. The exchange rate has worsened however, does it matter, think it's in our favour? It will cost me more to exercise @ AUD 0.44 but the proceeds of selling all my shares currently @ AUD0.61 will give me more pounds in the return exchange. Effectively we've got Aussie money now with our Perseus shares. Think this is sensible thinking but what I don't know is what the current near term prospects are for Perseus, anyone?

one has Perseus shares and Warrants. Think it's time I considered exercising @AUD0.44 and then Selling all the shares. Pretty sure I'd be taking a moderate 'hit' but value has increased since becoming Perseus. With Perseus's recent fund raise of AUD102m @ AUD0.5 they presumably have strengthened their balance sheet. Anyone following the shares that thinks it's worth holding another few months/year at this moment in time? Gold has certainly risen over the last months.

Thanks again for thoughts. Indeed not much sentiment going for this share but think the deal with Bass is too complicated for most. It is potentially worth a lot over the next couple of years. Bass remains suspended I see, pending an announcement?? Any ideas why that is - it is not necessarily to do with our deal. If I felt more sure on the deal going through and the Tranche 2 & 3 conditions looking likely to be met within a year or so, I'd double up @ 1.7p. You instil me with confidence, presumably you've got stuck with this beast for quite a while and are really looking forward to this deal making the company and the sp?

Well you've covered a lot of ground there in your post. Thanks. Still not sure of a few things which I can probably find out myself if I have the time but any further info gratefully received. When the Bass deal goes ahead, that's it, we have no project? Then Bod try to complete a purchase or JV to get another business started within 6 months (or kicked off Aim)? The Tranche 1 monies will be most welcome and the Tranche 2 targets can be met you say - so probably the more distant Tranche 3 targets too? The current Bod are a decent set of chaps and are taking this company forwards after the previous Boards poor delivery? I'm expecting 4 Yesses (a bit like Britain's Got Talent !) - do I get through to the next round?

See actually our Bod reckon they can buy a new business within 6 months of Bass deal - but if they don't Special Divi maybe. Are our mgmt any good?

When (not if) the deal goes through what has Stratmin left - nothing but cash and Bass shares and Tranche 2 & 3 payments to come ? Are the production figures triggering tranches 2 & 3 likely to be hit? Would we not be due perhaps a Special Divi? What other plans have Stratmin's management besides early retirement? Excuse me if LTH's find these questions not quite on the ball but I'm new here.

So here we are after our consolidation 1 : 6 and name change from Aurasian Minerals. Aurasian closed @ 0.555p so we should be 3.33p - but we appear to be higher - so be it.

Looking at Bristol planning website, there appears to be nothing since the Agenda published for yesterday's meeting. Do you have confirmation the meeting delayed planning permission decision, or just surmising?

Nice to hear from you again and yes, we're all still alive here, just. Anyway, you and everyone else will have only a sixth of our shares from July 21st and we'll be TETH. Nice of the CEO to get a few more - maybe he knows something we don't? Anyway, fair do's, can't be sarcastic all my life.
