UBS Wealth Mgmt turned up around April this year with 3.4% on Linda's register before upping to 3.86% in July. Don't think they're Concert Boys. Anyway, besides all the unknowns going on, I suppose we should be exceedingly pleased the sp has pretty well doubled in 2 months. Nice weekend.

Just added up those last 6 trades in 36 seconds - Adds up to 136,600, fairly round number. Just a late shopping spree for the concert Boys IMO

Things are progressing quite quickly here it seems. The relationship between Dekel, Linda and the Concert Boys is the really interesting unknown. IMO they gave them a lot of slack allowing them to build up to massive levels before putting in a complete offer. Perhaps their hands were forced on this issue to guarantee funds but what will happen when the Concert reach their target? Glad to hear you're going Banksie and will be glad to hear any report back

Glad to hear we're all holding on and the sp does seem to be building albeit fairly slowly. There cannot be much stock about 0 no way Labro and the Concert guys can get another 10m on the quiet. Maybe no-one we know will go tomorrow night, pity. Maybe 'guidedog7'. We haven't heard from 'Bankside' for a while, nor 'Tractorhead'.

All I really want to know is 1)How is Dekel and Linda's relationship with Labro and Concert Party; 2)Who made the last derisory offer; 3) are Concert Party going to buy the company, i.e. go private. None of these questions, I doubt, will be answered publicly or privately afterwards.

Well they didn't do things by half, as expected. Fund decision - exit. Concert got about 6m. Still nothing from Linda which definitely makes me think i) her and Dekel aren't as happy as being portrayed and ii) concert party ARE the ones who made the poor offer, or why wouldn't she deny it?

Good spot on those figures for Labro v the concert party in general. Yep, Labro bought 100k and then they were allowed to Buy 1,015k less - nearly a million must have been bought by the concert elsewhere. Today, First State - first Holdings was just the denominator changing after the placing; second one states a 500k Sell. They could well be selling out totally as these Investment Houses usually don't do things by halves. Think they could have Sold 2m on the 13th so they've probably got about another 11.6m to go. Fit nicely in Labro's pocket I should think. Plot thickens.

He talked a good strategy but he's a bit out of it now I think. Personally think we've never got the sentiment back from a year or so ago when mgmt took their bonus shares unexpectedly. RNS's have also often been so deadpan that enthusiasm has never been ignited. This last RNS was better and obviously shows we're taking up a fantastic opportunity to be a bigger, better player in our chosen field. A good flow of info is what is needed and that may well continue as there's lots going on. Could turn in an instant with our Free Float under 50%.
