Holdings - yes you're right about a Holdings still being due - if it's Labro trading. That 1m trade was the same time as another 1m done in pieces at the same exact time on Thursday last week. Strange how the whole market is now saying to Dekel, "Put up or shut up!" basically - no-one is interested in his meanderings after so long procrastinating.

The LSE is showing incorrect - still pitiful. Daisan/Oli - could have been spun to spike the sp but do Labro want that? No, they are content to get their next 17 m as cheap as chips.

Yep, there's still not much interest out there in the Chaarat case. People have got so bored with us over the years. Would have been better if the RNS had spelled out it was not Labro but that is what the Nomad has confirmed by inference. Obviously they do not have to divulge name of bidder and don't want to. Why? Bidder has requested anonymity? Why? Really seems Chinese modus operandi - slow, calculated, secretive, stealthy, then pounce. Will they up the Offer - I reckon they will but it's just my opinion. After the placing for £4.1m, we cannot be desperate, and the suitor will know that.

He said I could infer that it was not any members of the Board who have put forward the offer as they would not have then been able to state that the Board had rejected the offer, it would have had to be a partial board rejection. +30% = 10.75p = pitiful, but it is a marker. Anything below 12p - 15p is woeful but I suppose indicates the plight we are in. Probably get a nice shift upwards in the sp today to 10p. No wonder Linda never came back to me when I asked are her and Dekel happy and is perhaps a hostile offer coming !

These things are getting a bit monotonous and costing the company £150 (I believe) every day. I notice this trade actually was made on the 13th : 13-10-16 13:10:08 8.5500 100,000 On that day, over 1m traded later around 15:30 and not much since, i.e. Friday. Looks like we're going to get a Holdings RNS every other day at least. Daft. If we don't get one for those Thursday 15:30 trades, someone else must be selling - CNMIM? Labro must be getting the shares from somewhere, though the 100k (£8.5k) is a drop in the ocean. Nighthawk - morning to you, young fella!

Reckon that was 750k bought - perhaps the 13:09 13:10 trades brought down the Bid and Ask and then Labro were allowed to Buy @ 8.5p. Typical rat-a-tat trades they have always been associated with since Wilshire Fasanara days, and they nearly always add up to big round numbers. (Another 50k just through - could be anyone unless followed up)

I would have thought 51% does whatever you want to do. Martin and Martin are on the Board so they can recommend a takeover if they wish and not sure waht percentage then to push whole thing through but shouldn't be a problem. I've asked Linda, in the best way I can, to give me some indication of her and Dekel's view on the Martins moving in and whether they are perfectly happy (which was portrayed in the Interims). Yes, CNMIM seem to have lost interest.

I reckon all the big trades are down to the concert party. Remember these holdings RNS are already a day or two out-of-date - company informed on Wed about holding on Tue, but probably not close of market Tue. So some of Tue, all of Wed - that's over another million already. Reckon they are going the whole hog. I'm going to ask Linda whether she can divulge anything on Dekel and her relationship with Labro boys - is it all amicable, are they pushing their weight around, etc. She may not wish to comment but will be interesting whatever she comes back with.
