I just checked ISDX as at first I couldn't find Labro's trade but it was back on 30th Sep. Nothing much going through ISDX at all in the last week but probably worth keeping an eye on too.

Today's RNS refers to a trade Labro did on 30th Sep when they spent £11k on those 173,611. Quite probably it is them or their concert buddies buying further - in fact it almost definitely is. So they are taking up the slack they are allowed before having to go all-in for a takeover (if they do). A good thing is the rule on having to make a bid at the highest purchase price they've made in the last 12 months - that price is perhaps gradually rising. Well, I did say the placing being put in 'sticky hands' was a good thing, stickier the better.

That certainly was a whopper at the end today, needs monitoring to see if something concerted(!) happening. Not sure Labro and co have any Options, Oli. True they were mentioned in the placing RNS but the wording might mean calculating percentages before any other warrants or options taken - i.e. not necessarily theirs, perhaps Dekel's or someone's. Anyway, can't be bothered trying to research that, all i'm going to do is Hold and see what occurs. If we get taken over, I'll get the same price for my shares as Dekel and Linda will get, so let them worry about it. If we have to wait for the gold to start pouring and the Krygyz to start smeltering, so be it. Think I've got a few years in me yet. Thanks for kind words Oli, I'll stick around but there ain't a lot to post about on this share until Dekel or someone pulls their finger out.

Well the build up of the stake by the concert party has been well documented and no-one can say they are building up a secret stash. Llabro now 31.7% Concert party 38.9% Possible maximum with extra share purchasing and exercising warrants, before triggering mandatory offer 48.2% ------------------------------- Think it's good news though that these are certainly sticky shares. There would be no point in acquiring more shares in this placing if they didn't want to hold them. So, reckon we have a fairly secure 'floor' to the share price. With Dekel and Co. holding another 8% - 10%, effectively we only have quite a small free float. If you were to include the other ii's China Non-Ferrous, etc. the free float must be well below 40%. However, without any sensational takeover news, we can all hanker down soon for the big winter sleep.

Just had one nice thought, at least these shares are sticky. I've witnessed a lot of placings where they're all dumped often before they even get them

I'm awaiting callback from Allenby to ask whether this TRM JV will be sufficient to keep listing. Just noticed at the end of the RNS the nice snippet : "Now that Vatomaina is funded, we will work with Tirupati to release a detailed project review and update for shareholders within the week."

talk about whether this investment will be sufficient to continue listing. I was under the impression it wouldn't be enough but suppose I'll have to ring the Nomad.

Well it certainly looks that way but of course will never be spoken of until it happens. Not sure of the rules but possibly with a t/o the concert party would have to offer to shareholders the same as the maximum price they purchased any shares within the last 12 months. That was not at a high price - 7p? Yep, here's the rules : "When a person or group acquires interests in shares carrying 30% or more of the voting rights of a company, they must make a cash offer to all other shareholders at the highest price paid in the 12 months before the offer was announced" From today's RNS : Following completion of the Placing, the Concert Party will hold 136,858,034 Ordinary Shares representing 38.9% of the Enlarged Share Capital. As the Placing was oversubscribed and Placing applications by members of the Concert Party were scaled back, it has been agreed as part of the Placing that members of the Concert Party may acquire up to a further 21,611,714 Ordinary Shares (excluding Ordinary Shares issued on exercise of Labro Warrants) within a period of six months following Admission without triggering a requirement to make a mandatory offer under the Articles. ------------------------------- In fact with warrants (soon to be @ 14.43p down from 15p (?)) the concert party can get to 48.2% ownership and still not trigger the mandatory offer. They'd only then need to buy a few further millions of shares to take them over 50% to then do whatever they wish. Anyway, don't think Dekel and co are going to let it all get taken over for single figures per share if they can help it. Tim Wonnacott would probably say 'we're in good hands' but I wouldn't !

Terrible price but the 'elephant' is on it's feet again for a year or two. Could have been worse I suppose if we couldn't raise any money. We are now afloat and the Directors including the 2 Martins well aligned to the cause. The shares haven't been knocked down to the placing price which I suppose is a good sign. So, sit and wait until next May when winter recedes?

POLY LSE board have posted link to news of major shareholders wanting to sell their holdings. That has hit POLY today, probably a blip though.

Think a lot is riding on this man and his sidekick from Goldman Sachs. Remember the last time he seriously put his hand in his pocket he took a big placement @ 15p when the sp was 11p. We obviously need money fast as that end of June figure of $2m must be virtually down to zero already. Soon they will be on the Board and have probably got a lot of power. Banksie was saying he felt they had other investors behind them too. Is it all amicable? I suppose it must be if they are to be voted in, but perhaps Dekel and Co have had their hands forced. Oli - maybe Dekel has put the value too high but have we actually had any concrete offers - NO, or he would have had to RNS them. We have made our plans for the next couple of years and that is to get the short-term production going in a way that would not impinge on future main-scale operations. The Krygyz wishes to keep a lot of the gold processing in the country so we might now be in the right place/ right time around 2018. I'm definitely going to hold my shares and can see the market gradually taking this baby back on board, especially with some funds.

Forgetting about everything that has happened (or not happened) in the last 5 years, we look to have announced today a plan. Yesterday we didn't have a plan. It's very ambitious but with the money man Martin A. now 100% committed, this will presumably succeed. The RNS stated "Largest shareholder affirms his support for Chaarat by agreeing to join as non-executive Chairman" - this is Bod RNS speak. He probably was kicking the door down saying if he didn't get on the Board, he'd withdraw support for Dekel. So, quite possibly, they've been forced to take Martin A. He has probably also forced on to the Bod his associate Martin Wiwen-Nilsson ex-Goldman Sachs. These 2 probably mean business as Banksie kept saying on here, they were going to force the hand of Dekel and Co soon. The 'plan' looks a long-term one to us LT sufferers but in mining terms perhaps another 3 - 4 years isn't long-term - Dekel describes it as 'production in the near future' - lol. As I said, it's a plan and better than no plan and better to have Martin A. fully committed than him looking for the exit door at a loss.

He at Labro was prevented from taking any further shares unless making a formal offer for the whole company when he went over 30%. Now when he gets appointed (v.shortly I presume when Dekel and Linda vote him in) what is his future position. Can he participate in a Placing? As the cash is down to $2.06m at the end of June, it must be nigh on exhausted. I was surprised to hear we have 27 staff and 70 temporaries. Thought we were down to 3 or 4 ! So we need 'lights on' funding a.s.a.p. This sp surely won't rise until this initial funding sorted. Given Martin A. and the other Martin are stepping up to the plate, presumably they are going to make some decent funding deals.

We have a company on our hands folks so it would be a good idea to talk about where it's at now and where it's going. In my personal experience, there are so many boards where people a) tear each other to bits; and b) complain about 'shorters' when the sp goes south. I'm a newbie here so don't have any Stratmin baggage but it ain't doing any good complaining about each other - or maybe you just need to get on with it and everyone else turn a blind eye.

Indeed BSM up 7.69% today. I'm looking at the ASX on Google Finance which is probably not the most informative. The volume stats are fairly hard to see but think yesterday's 846k was fairly low. All Sept the sp has been yo-yoing between $0.013 and $0.014 so nothing much to read into today's movement. I note we are now a Significant Shareholder with 6.3% so we should keep an eye on Holdings RNS's or whatever they are called on ASX. It may well be that all these appointments do point to finance but finance for a good purpose ain't all that bad - it's finance just to keep the lights on and the salaries paid that hurts.
